Burger King? King of what?! This place serves something or I should say they dish out something that does not classify as food. If you value life and the lives of those you love you wont go here. You wont get what you want and if you do it will be contaminated with spit or mucous or otherwise to make it custom for you but you wont get what you request and you'll get the mucous dressing as well. I don't like mucous dressing on my burger but they do. They like to make it nice and nasty. The food is always freezer cold with old condiments and probably some old condoms too. Welcome to Booger King how may we poison you! is the slogan here. You want a burger with no onions? a special request? No problem. One pan smeared mucous burger comin up! You want ketchup? We don't have any right now. We only have mayo! yes that is right. Core ingredients at a burger joint not available. NO sorry sir we don't have any water today or buns. We do have some salt thought. And plenty of fish....and tartar. What the hell is happening here and who the hell is running the place or not running it I should say. Don't bother complaining to the staff onsite either. That is a total waste of time. They protect each other like insects and wont fix anything and will try to remember you to screw up your food worse than it already is. Your next burger will be a crotchburger with a special rub that isn't Pappy's. Call corporate or just give up on Burger King unless you enjoy the runs and pain. Cold and old and probable mold. Have it your way...
Read moreThis place, at no fault of the employees, is not great. I waited 35 minutes in the drive-through for a mobile order pickup, most of that time i was waiting at the order part. That is unacceptable. When I pulled up I asked the young guy why the wait was so long and he said he had no backup and was taking all the orders himself... I was waiting to get to the second window and there was a burger King employee waiting behind a car, just standing there... to sweep the drive through? I wish I could blame it on fully being short staffed, but it looks to be the management. There is no structure. These employees are simply doing what they are assigned. And I don't believe it has anything to do with the minimum wage law either. Maybe they did need additional staff, but I'd wager the management or owner of this franchise is just trying to keep a great profit. If In n Out has, and does, pay their employees excellent, so can Burger King. I do not mind paying more if the experience is there. At this point, I can't go to BK anymore. Any of them. I will likely take my business to a different fast food option or just spend a few dollars more and get pickup from a restaurant. 35 minutes, for a mobile...
Read moreWas visiting the area and stopped by as I love BKs vast choices of low/no caffeine drinks (grape, orange, vanilla root beer... where else can you find this?). I was disappointed that at 12:30pm my order was cold. Cold as been prepared hours earlier. The whopper bread was also dried and only saw slivers of lettuce. Very disappointed. In addition, there was a transient woman with a shopping cart right at the entrance door. I was able to pass by without a problem: but she entered the store and was ranting about cursing someone. Her clothes, feet and hands were soiled, and she sat at a sofa like furniture. She then went through the trash bin and picked a few things. She left on her own and kept walking around the entrances, hitting tracks and shopping cart with a flip flop shoe. None of the staff said anything, nor did they clean/sterilized the area where she sat and leaned (table). The lady left the promises on her own, but some unsuspected customer will seat and eat at the same table the soiled lady used. I definitely will not visit this location if/when...
