Cheba Hut "Toasted" Subs — Restaurant in Fresno

What can I say, well, I ordered on their website on 4/20, which was Easter Sunday, their website said they were open, google said they were open and their online order was open. So I placed an order and it turns out they were closed, no harm no foul there... I called back the next day to ask for a refund which they said they would get right on... it has now been over 2 months and I never received my refund, I asked multiple times following the initial order date, called and spoke with management, when I asked for the number to the corporate office so I could get it squared away and not bother their storefront anymore the manager said, "not now, we're in the middle of a catering order call me back later." And proceeded to hang up, I called back immediately and asked for the manager, which the girl on the phone said was now unavailable. I NEVER received the number for corporate, I was never offered any compensation for this issue and was simply continously told that my refund would get back to me eventually. My bank confirmed that it was never sent to me, and they opened a complaint with the corporate office. This was a terrible experience, the food is fine, overpriced, but tastes good, but the service and experience? A nightmare. I won't ever give them...

I’ve had sandwiches here now times, this is because I really wanted to love it. I’m not a local, I moved here from So Cal so I wanted to find a local place that had a chill vibe. This place definitely is local and has a great vibe but the sandwiches aren’t that great. They’re not “bad” they’re just.. “okay” with so many other places like Jersey Mikes, Sourdough Co., even Jimmy John’s, this place doesn’t hold up. And this place is considerably more expensive. The chicken was actually good consistency wise/ texture but the seasoning on it and the sauces they use don’t add any sort of extra flavor to the sandwich and it’s kind of just bland even though they add all these fancy sauces and stuff in the sandwich which is weird. It is cool that they have kool aid to drink and I guess it’s cool they have beer on tap. The stickers and music is a nice touch but none of it add to the sandwich. All in all, this place is OKAY. But for the price it’s not somewhere I’m going ever again. Also, the employees aren’t very friendly. The cashiers are super unapproachable and obviously don’t want to be there. I do think this place is worth trying though, at least once and make your own decision to support...

So I’ll be honest. I originally came in just to kinda reminisce about my partying days as this location used to house the greatest lounge/club in the early 00s late 90s. Now to the details. Im at the ordering counter and I had to greet the two employees standing there myself as they did not acknowledge me for 30 seconds. Maybe cause I was staring at the overhead menu but still. After I said hello I was responded with a “I’ll be with you in a second” No greeting or welcome back. I order my food and in came out in a timely manner. Now. As far as the food it is merely Quiznos. Nothing different but the “medicinal” names to the items. Then I notice two employees wearing joggers or sweat pants. One with a random non branded hoodie and the other with a under shirt. Then I notice another employee wearing jeans, jacket and Jordan’s again with no company branding and mind you there were other employees whom did have matching company branded gear. One should not show up to work like they just got out of bed. I give it 3 stars across the board and the only reason service got three stars cause two of the employees came and asked if my order was correct and the other on...
