I have been coming to this restaurant four years now and I enjoy their food compared to other restaurants. I’ve never had any issues before I had placed an order over the phone for pick up clearly explained over the phone on how I wanted my order which was a orange chicken plate combo and I specifically trying to explain that I am allergic to sprouts and pork so if I could just get regular dry pan fried noodles instead of the pork chow mein, the lady said OK she understands and kept cutting me off, so I arrived to the restaurant pay for my food. Pick up my order heading home getting ready to, eat only to realize that gave me an incorrect order from what I had placed. So I called the restaurant back and spoke with a lady who could not understand English as well and I apologized and tried to explain as best as I could on how I originally wanted my order again. So I head back to the restaurant to pick up my order which again was dry pan, fried noodles, and fried rice. Once I get to the restaurant to pick up my order lady who had originally taken my order down before I picked it up had came out from the back and given me my correct order of fried rice and dry pan fried noodles. I had asked her if she would be able to provide me with a free soft drink for the inconvenience since I live about 20 miles away from the restaurant. The ladies started off, giving me attitude saying she had already given me my free dry pan fried noodles and fried rice, which I had previously explained when first calling in my order. I explained to her that the items she had given me for “free” which is the half order of dry pan fried noodles and half order of fried rice so I was asking her if she can compensate by providing us with a free drink for the inconvenience of having to drive 20 minutes to the restaurant to pick up my order that was incorrect . The lady goes to say she already given me my free items which I had originally paid for to have in the beginning. The lady ended up giving me a lot of attitude. OK I will give you a small. She ended up giving me a drink for the inconvenience of the 20 minute drive in gas that I had wasted to go get my correct order from the restaurant she then walks into the back kitchen, and I explained to my spouse that she didn’t have to give us attitude for the inconvenience on their end, and there was also a younger lady in the front telling me attitude she wasn’t giving you any attitude she cannot understand or speak English as well and I explain to her it’s OK that she is not fluent in English not fluent and speaking English. That’s not a problem. I even apologized for the inconvenience which I feel like I shouldn’t Have to apologize for my order being incorrect when I was explaining specifically how I wanted my order like I said I’ve never had an issue before coming to this restaurant. Two things wrong I placed an order over the phone for pick up and wanted Combo # 3 for $6.99 today @ 2:15pm ( special before 3pm ) the girl charges me $12.99 I said why 12.99 her response was prices went up when I return to work i was gone for a while Hmmm. So I stated then maybe you need to go on the website and let Customers know prices went up she stated she has no control over that. I ask to speak to someone refusing
Then I give the Girl a $ 50 bill she hands me back $27.01 again ask to speak to someone
so when I got to work i called to complain about these things shes refusing to let me speak to someone in charge.
She had the nerve to tell me to call back after 4pm I ask why 4pm again her answer because that's when next shift comes on I said next shift don't have nothing to do with what happen to my order and change. Stated so other shift can look at cameras I'm like what!
Food was nasty tasted awful *
should of just went across the street to In & Out I was trying to get food to take from 1 job to another
So Customers if your going to place an order here at this restaurant Please ask 1st on pricing and double check everything you might run into this Gal sorry I didn't get her name and have the same problem ....

I love fried rice and wanted to ensure that it was actually going to be fried which the attendant confirmed. Upon the order being handed over to me I inspected the food only to discover it was pork steamed rice which was weird because I explained I didn’t eat meat. He took the plate back apologized and explained that he misunderstood that he would be back. The owner came out and was chatting with him but looking at me. So the attendant explained to her that she should explain to the customer. She basically said it was not possible that they don’t have plates that have veggie fried rice unless it’s ordered- in order terms it’s a la carte, no worries. She looks at me and said verbatim- one chef makes the shrimp and broccoli and another would need to do the veggie fried rice- that is was and I quote “ TO MUCH WORK! I told her it was not explained to me and requested to have my transaction voided. I will not tolerate this blatant disregard for customer service when it’s very much needed in the service business.
