Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Fresno

I didn't think I would Love.. yes I said "Love" Chick-fil-A like I have but I've fallen man! I've fallen hard! The wife and I had come down here to give it a go in Fresno. I recently tried it with some friends in LA and I thought "it's good" I'd give it another go. So when the opportunity to go with my wife came up I jumped at the opportunity with an open mind and a hungry stomach. We always see a line wrap towards JoAnn's like In N Outs line so that's always a good sign! From the start we knew we were in for a treat. There was a woman waiting to take our order as we waited in the drive thru line, actually she proceeded to go out of her way to come to our vehicle which was really sweet, some wait for you to drive up or even just let you wait for the speaker, she went above and beyond especially since it was my wife's first time and my second. I got the deluxe spicy chicken combo and my wife got the wrap. I tried the frozen lemonade and she went for a coke. We got an assortment of sauces, "I didn't do that the first time". We were BLOWN AWAY!!! The fries were on point! The Chick-fil-A Sauce is my go-to! My Sammie filled me up! I'm a big guy and normally I can pound down a chicken Sammie anywhere else and still have an appetite, but here.. straight up filled my tank! My wife was so happy with her wrap she saved her other half to take home! My frozen lemonade was "alright" I wouldn't get it again, unless I was craving a lemon cream popsicle flavor. We liked it so much we came back for round two a few days later when we came back...

This is my first time at this Chick-fil-A location and only my second time visiting a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Both times I took advantage of a free chicken sandwich coupon offered through my dentist. I arrived at about 11:45 am at the drive thru with about 8 cars in front of me. There was an employee outside taking people’s orders. After a long wait of close to ½ an hour I recieved my order. It then took me another 5 minutes to get out of the restaurant area due to poor traffic planning and congestion in the shopping center. The shopping center has the worst parking in the valley. There is an In-N-Out, a Chipotle, and a Westwoods BBQ restaurant. In addition, there is a JoAnn’s Fabrics Store and a Credit Union at the shopping center. I do not recommend coming here during normal business hours. My $3 plus chicken sandwich consisted of a hamburger bun, a fried breaded chicken patty, and 2 pickle slices. The bun looks and tastes like the hamburger bun for the small hamburgers from McDonalds. The chicken patty was about a ½ inch thick and about 4 inches wide. It was breaded well and slightly on the salty side like most fast food. The thin pickles were abou 1.5 inches wide. Overall, the sandwich was tasty and it reminded me of a small hamburger from McDonalds except that it had a breaded chicken patty instead of a thin hamburger patty. Would I wait for a FREE Chick-Fil-A sandwich again? I would, but not at this location, unless it...

I will probably never visit this location again. We placed an order via doordash as we live 20 minutes away from the location. The order arrived and more than half the order was missing and what we received was wrong. We received random drinks and the burger and salad were incorrect. We were missing a full meal and fries. We ended taking the order back to the location to have everything fixed. An I can see why this place is constantly screwing up orders. The manager was standing around holding onto a clipboard like his life depended on it and was playing and joking with his employees. The real kicker is when we walked him he immediately saw us with the bags of food that were obviously being returned instead of assisting he stood around and continued the game of dart stares. After standing in line close to 10 min a normal employee came from behind and said you don’t have to stand in line and brought me to the front of the line. Once in the front I explained everything and he began remaking the items one by one. It was frustrating being I rattled the issues off the first, second, third, fourth and fifth time and we still got THE WRONG ITEMS! I paid for a medium mac and cheese via door dash and was handed a small replacement. The whole place looks chaotic and no one takes their job seriously they were all laughing, playing on cell phones it was a terrible experience. Never again...
