It takes a lot for me to write a negative review about chipotle and after several bad experiences at this location, I have had enough. The general manager is a former coworker of mine as I was in the restaurant industry for 10 years. Carlos is absolutely wonderful. His staff however, is horrible. They lack in customer service skills exponentially. Every time I have had an order be wrong there is ZERO apology. No one ever greets me with a smile in exception of Carlos. The staff needs some training in how to be personable and considerate. You never know what someoneās day is like and you must always be kind. I even told the girl at the window they forgot to give us an item and she not once apologized. I told her I was frustrated and she didnāt acknowledge it. Manchester chipotle always goes out of their way when they make mistakes to rectify the order and take full ownership for their mistakes. This locationās staff needs to do better.
