Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fresno

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review about chipotle and after several bad experiences at this location, I have had enough. The general manager is a former coworker of mine as I was in the restaurant industry for 10 years. Carlos is absolutely wonderful. His staff however, is horrible. They lack in customer service skills exponentially. Every time I have had an order be wrong there is ZERO apology. No one ever greets me with a smile in exception of Carlos. The staff needs some training in how to be personable and considerate. You never know what someone’s day is like and you must always be kind. I even told the girl at the window they forgot to give us an item and she not once apologized. I told her I was frustrated and she didn’t acknowledge it. Manchester chipotle always goes out of their way when they make mistakes to rectify the order and take full ownership for their mistakes. This location’s staff needs to do better. I don't know what to say but some people that work here are acting weird and they are mean and rude. You feel like the culture here among these employees is as if they own the place or something they don't respect customers they're always late in getting stuff done and they care less about if you are mad or unhappy you even see some of them eating while they're working like eating and walking at the same time which is so weird this location is something else boy I don't know if the corporate at Chipotle knows about this I think they need to do some inspection on them or something or send them a mysterious shopper that can watch this weird behavior for themselves and I'm sure they will not be happy about it I don't think half of these people even are qualified for this job Chipotle needs to hire more professional people and customer...

Absolutely the worst Chipotle in Fresno ordered on Uber eats got a double steak bowl and received a vegan fajita you so had to drive all the way over there to get the correct order now I have to wait for Uber Eats to send me back my money. But the main issue is that I just pulled the meat and separated it from my bowl to see how much was in there... literally the little cup of salsa is bigger than I amount that they gave me even when we ordered double meat. absolutely the worst service in the world.
