West Coast Sourdough - Fresno Brawley — Restaurant in Fresno

Came to get my clam chowder fix and was not greeted or informed that anyone was going to be with me shortly as staff usually do whenever staff members are busy. This Indian guy with thick accent asks for my order and gives me attitude from the get go as if I'm bothering them, I order my clam chowder bowl and I forget to order a side of bread(unbeknownst the clam chowder already comes with bread) so I try and get the man's attention as he's having a conversation with another Indian guy in their native language. I motion to the guy to help me out, we even make eye contact, and I am ignored. Luckily, there was a female employee there that informed me that my order already comes with bread so she gets my order, which was already bagged and ready and gives it to me. So my order was just sitting there all bagged and ready and the guy decided to have a full blown conversation with someone instead of giving me my order. This location has terrible customer service & the employees have zero attention to detail. I ordered box lunches for a company lunch & it took 4 different phone calls for the employees to get my order/ payment information correct (I spoke to about 5 different people in total). In addition to this, when I went to pick up my order they were still putting it together in front of me. They were also missing details on my order after I had already had all of those phone conversations with them. Once I returned to the office, I realized that the boxes were not labeled and it made it nearly impossible to figure out which sandwiches were for our employees with dietary restrictions. The food was great and I never use to like sour dough bread but I do from here.👍 The employee who greeted Me was very respectfully nice. He does make a good sandwich plus he's fast. He speaks English and other Indian workers just chat amongst them selves. I ask his name, It was Jason and I told him if he's not manager yet then he should be.
