Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Fresno

Let me start by saying that I been a fan of Habit of their customer service until now. I came to this location because it has a drive-through, even though another location are closer to me. I ordered two kids meals, my husband ordered the Santa Barbara char, and I ordered the char meal for myself. After driving all the way back home, as I was preparing our food to sit down and eat, I realized entire char meal was missing from the bag. Now, I have to leave the table, drive all the way back to get the meal. I hoped they would go above and beyond to rectify the mistake, but I was very disappointed in their handling of it.

I was calm and collective and requested a refund and the missing meal due to the chaos and time wasted in returning to correct their mistake. They claimed they couldn't provide both a refund and the meal due to product policy, but what about compensating me for my inconvenience caused by their error? The only options given to me were to receive the meal or a refund, but not both. It's disheartening to see the decline in customer service standards at this location. I find myself frequently encountering incomplete orders when using the drive-through. I quickly notice we were not going to agree so I asked for a refund and proof of the refund process, but they were unable to provide that assurance. Now, I am left hoping that the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days as promised. I have decided to never return to this location; this incident was the final straw for me.

I didn't read all the reviews but saw 1 with 2 stars and had under cooked meat I can agree with the concern. I can see how that can happen considering how busy they when we went there the drive thru was backed up on this trip so I went inside to order take out. I saw first hand what goes on inside (like anyone else) the people are moving a mile a minute to keep up with the orders. Enough simply cannot be said about the quality of food my hat is off to them for doing such a good job, the food is so delicious, if the meat was under cooked I would have gone back and asked for another burger I'm quite certain they was have obliged to do so. I was so impressed with the staff and how courteous and friendly they are. There was a mix up when I picked up my order an order of fries was missing the problem was fixed instantly! My wife always get the #2 she refuses to get her burger anywhere else now that the Brawley and Herndon location has opened. I always have the Patty Melt and it is the best I've ever had! At least since the 70's anyways! My wife always has to have a bite! Lol The fries are the best in town and the shakes are way up there to. With all this being said I'd say for 30 bucks in these hard times that we all are experiencing I choose to spend it here. The food is that good! I would like to get another burger on the menu but I'm not burnt out on the Patty Melts yet! HA... Keep up the good work and remember always keep it the same and never change and we'll be back at least once a week! We are busy people and eat out often & usually eat in the parking lot it's more enjoyable that...

First time at all, coming here with family. Didn't expect to eat in, thought only drive-thru experience. Ordered a Teriyaki Charburger, Fried Green Beans, and Grilled Chicken Salads during later PM shift hours for our dinner. Pretty good, pretty fresh, pretty/fairly quick wait time for order to be received and called. Not a lot of customers at this evening time and location but it is also fairly new compared to the Habit location at Fig Garden (Shaw & Palm) I pass by more often. Employees and kitchen team working looked cohesive together and speedy. Customer service kinda felt blunt and impatient, but not bad, just very focused on getting things done and orders put in. Definitely want to come back next time, enjoyed the food and like the clean, spacious building interior.
