Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Fresno

My mom and I came through here a couple weeks before Christmas and stopped on our way home, bc Dutch Bro is our fav. We were visiting family that were in hospice, and has since passed away, so we were pretty gloomy. But we knew Dutch Bro was just the place to stop to pick up our moods on the long drive home. Dutch bro employees are USUALLY so fun and inviting and friendly. Not here!!! The lady taking our order was sooooooo rude! All she could ask us was “hot, iced or blended”. We were trying to ask for some recommendations for a drink we heard about and she just kept repeating “hot, iced or blended” it was so bad I had to tell her “we are asking for your recommendation of the drink, you are being really rude to us” I can’t believe I had to say that at a Dutch Bro! And my Aunt who recommended the drink said this was her go-to Dutch Bro, she said she won’t be going there anymore. This place left a really bad taste in our mouth. So bad that when I got to my hometown Dutch Bros I told them the story and I told them “thank you for always being so friendly and always smiling” it really makes...

Yesterday I took my 4 year old son to get a physical. He got 5 shots and was in a sad mood. I took him to dutch bros for a not so hot ex whip. Hoping to chear him up. I got myself an iced coffee. We rarely go out due to covid. If we do its for a Dr appt or essentials. It been so long since I'd been to a Dutch bros. The guy at the window gave me my total I handed him the cash. Well they currently don't take cash, card only because of covid. I tried running my bank card but it was declined. The young man told me it wasn't a problem. Explained the situation to me and reason for card only. He then gave me my drinks on the house. How awesome is that! He didn't have to do that. One of the reasons I will keep going back. This is not a usual location, but I just wanted to note that this location smells horrible, this is the 3rd location that ive been to that is like this... the moment you open that door... it stinks like old rotten milk and there were flies everywhere in the store and none of the workers wash their hands in between touching trash and making drinks and the whole floor work area was just wet everywhere. I love dutch bros but it seems like every location is starting to become like this... so to the management, please clean your machines and areas you can not reach because it is stinking up the...
