After accidentally placing an online order after hours the the system auto-approved, I called the next business day to request a refund. I’m told that the managers are out and employees cannot issue refunds. They tell me to keep calling back to try and reach a manager.
When I finally happen to call on a day the manager is there, he can’t even be bothered to talk to me and handle the refund right then on the phone—he has the employee give me his cell number and to text him screenshots of the digital receipt and he’ll refund later. He has ignored my texts and follow ups, and after a full week, I still haven’t been refunded.
The employees were so sweet, but… WOW. Looks like I’ll have to go through my bank now.

Read moreI’m not sure if business owners Understand the flow of a day. You have your restaurant understaffed and then when lunch hour hits they are rushing to get orders done and make mistakes while doing it. I had a woman who ordered before I even walked in and they forgot her order entirely. I wouldn’t complain but that caused them to slow down on my order! By the time I had to leave to get back to work , fries weren’t even dropped yet. This is sad. It should be that hard to get food on a break. I’m out $15 on a sandwich that was grossly soggy and didn’t even get the rest of my meal smh. They had to much going and it’s costing them service. Will...
Read moreNot a single good thing about this experience. I went in about a week ago and ordered takeout on a Thursday evening. The food was expensive and took NEARLY 15 MINUTES for my one small sandwich, not even a drink or fries. My food was bland (try-tip) and cost over $10 are you serious? I deserve better service, the place had crumbs on most tables and it was hot in the store. The only reason I gave this a two star is because the staff was nice, the lady who handed me my food was actually personable and the guy who took my order earned the tip I gave him. Overall, a terrible place to go for some "quick" sandwiches I will not be...
