Foster's Donuts — Restaurant in Fresno

I thought this lady was nice until I tried to make a big order! She told me three different prices trying to get more money. First I ask her to give me the last of your donut holes how much she starts to bag them up she says $4. I agree to that then as she finishes bagging them then all of a sudden it's 5 dollars now. She rounds up really quick. I ask again like I thought you said $4 she throws the donuts back & says you want the donuts or not....then walks to the back right in the middle of the transaction. Her coworker starts to talk to me like I'm slow about the prices after that and tells me if I'm not happy I wouldn't want the donuts. It's not that I wasn't happy but honor what you say my baby girl was right there waiting for her donuts. I was planning to get alot more but shes rude an guesses prices. She made a point to wait until I left to come back out really hurt my feelings in front of my baby just...

Their donuts are pretty good. They are nice and thick with just the right sweetness (not overly sweet) and non-greasy donuts I like how it's open 24 hours.

What I extremely dislike about this donut joint is the customer service sucks. I've been here multiple times and I've received nothing but unfriendly and sucky customer service. Whenever I come in, there's no "welcome or come back again." Not even a simple smile.

The last time I went here, I ordered a dozen donuts (as always), and the donuts I asked for, he didn't even put them in the box. I found out when I opened the box later I didn't get the donuts I wanted.

That being said, that was my last time being there. Their horrible customer service isn't worth my money and in all honesty there's Better donut...

Went in today to buy bulk donuts I called ahead they thought I was joking I arrived and they were upset I didn’t call I told them I indeed called you didn’t take me serious I proceeded to ask could they fill my order they seemed upset and they told me I must pay cash, ok I receive a lot of animosity for putting money in their pockets the energy was bad and I’m kind of upset how I was treated I think my community needs their own donut store because they don’t seem to appreciate our money this is the 3 time I brought donut in bulk from them spending $300 at one time.
