PHO 559 — Restaurant in Fresno

Yeah this place has gone horribly wrong since the new owners took over. Food quality definitely gone down, a lot of the food now taste watered down. Service is all bad. 1st issue. I Called in for pick up, they didn't asked for my name. When i went to pick up, they wanted to know what's the name of the pick up, I told them they didn't ask me for a name. The idiot rolled his eyes at me. I was the only one that called in for pick up so the order was found immediately but why roll your eyes at your customer? 2nd issue. As they were putting our order together, they asked us to take a seat and give them a minute which is fine. Then another customer order for take out and was told to take a seat for a minute while they prelate his order. He sat down at the table next to us. Guy that took the order came and asked the customer sitting next to us (in Spanish) if he wanted some water and left to get him some water. Just passing right next to us like we're not even there. So rude, how could u be this prejudice in this day and age. Just cuz I'm Asian don't mean i can't speak Spanish. We were both customers of your offering water offer it to everybody not just people...

Bad customer service!! Gave this place another chance, but happened second time! They asked us to wait while they cleaned the table then proceed to ask us to sit. All the while they did not give us the menu to order. There was another family who walked in and got seated with menu and even got their food before us! We were there for about 8-10 minutes before this family. We waited another 10-15 minutes just for no one to bring us the menu. So, I had to get it myself up front! Then someone finally came to take our order. Mind you this is the second visit they didn’t give us the menu upon seating. There was two young lady who came afterwards who sat next to our table also didn’t get a menu. So, when someone came to take their order these two young lady never got the menu and asked confusingly if they were supposed to order up front because they never got the menu. ROACHES!!!!!! I ordered 2 seafood Phos. When I tasted mine the flavor was very sweet. I asked if they have added sugar and the waitress said "yes". I requested to speak with the owner/manager, the lady with the. very short hair. I requested to have my Pho exchanged for one "without sugar", but she said she couldn't change it. I told her that Pho is Not sweet and with a very bad attitude she exchanged the Pho for a new one which it was just boiled water with no flavor and the seafood from the previous Pho was put to the new one... I know this because I had added chili oil to the previous plate and the seafood had chili oil. I was very disappointed, but very hungry so I started eating my food. The worst part was when I reached to add some lime and a HUGE ROACH came from underneath my plate. I also noticed roaches on top of the counter where the cash register is located.
