Pilibos Soccer Park — Attraction in Fresno

Every Saturday & Sunday are soccer tournaments. The teams are sponsored by people, businesses and or organizations within the community. Last week the Auto Zone team defeated the FedEx squad by a score of 3-1. There is always a large turnout. It is a great opportunity for families to come together. It is lots of fun and it’s free. Don’t fret the heat. The vendors have refreshments to keep you cool while you enjoy the games. From ice cream and chips to tacos and pizza. There is something for everyone. Each round the winner advances to play again while the losers well, everybody knows there is no such thing as a 2nd place champion. 4 to 6 games are being played simultaneously across the entire field all day. With three goals on each side of the field it’s easy to see why it called a, “soccer park” and not just, “park”. I hope to...

It's a good park..my only issue is how many homeless people and drug addicts go there. I know it's a public park ANY one is allowed, but come on ya'll are gunna ignore the fact that there's used needles, condoms, and a bunch of other ridiculous things thrown all over the playground?! Umm not only does my child play there but so do other children. My boyfriend plays soccer there that's why we go. Sometimes we don't end up going only because of that reason..it's so gross seeing a lot of males going in and out of the women's bathroom, like are we stupid to know exactly what's going on there? The men's is right next door. SMH something really...

It's a good park but the restroom. Are filled with homeless people and the park looks like it falling apart. Their all ways homeless people fighting in the park people doing drugs and smoking. I grew up with the park but the city of Fresno never took the time to fix it and cleans the place up . NEVER go to the rest room you see some marks of blood on the walls and place looks like it going to fall down. I really enjoy the parks so much but seeing how the park is doing it is getting out of hand. Even the kids play grounds look old and...
