They all were against a setting arrangement that our family had. it was a booth with a single chair on the end and was always pushed in as far as I could go cause I know how much it hurts to hit your hip on a chair. Was told that if they had sat a table the was located behind me that I would have to return the chair and sit in a cramp space with other people. I gave them a thumbs up after looking around seeing that there was a great deal of open tables. With in five minutes they had made alterations to this table that was located behind me and sat a family there. Then then confronted us and said you can no longer sit in my pushed in chair. We closed the bill that already had 2 appetizers that should have already made not on the table yet because they clearly had enough time to lecture us 3 times about my chair but not actually serve the food, a beer and 5 drinks and 5 main entrees. So now I had this chair that I was suspose to return back to this table that arranged solely to satisfy this person's desire to getting her way and not have me sitting in the isle that a booth down 3 table doing the same thing. And the best part! There was no where to put this chair that they claimed it was a fire hazard in it's correct place so I had to confront the family behind me informing I was told to return the chair to the desired location so now this fire hazard chair that was pushed in as far as I could go was now in the middle of the aisle disrupting the family behind I sincerely apologized to this family and wished them a great day. Once the manager was thrown into the debacle suddenly the people telling me I was essentially supposed to be cramped with the other adults it was suddenly okay to have my chair in the aisle. Well left this place where we were easily spending 100+ dollars and went next door to Qué Pasa here they still had a good beer selection a fraction of the price, sat this large party at a large table, great friendly service I'd recommend this place more...

Read moreMy family went here to celebrate my sisters birthday. We were a party of 10 with two kids, ages 2 and 6 months. We went there right when the place opened at 11am. We were the first people there and only two other parties were behind us, a party of two and a party of four. The hostess told us we could only sit at the high top seating and that half of us would be sitting in the sun. We said we did not want that and asked to sit in the shade on the patio. She said her manager said we couldn't because our party was too big. So we asked to sit separately in the shade on the patio. She went inside to talk to her manager and then came out and said we could not do that. I was surprised and thought maybe she didn't understand and so explained that we would be ok sitting separately with different servers. She said that we could not do that because her manager already knew we were a big party and all together so she couldn't seat us. So I asked her "Are you refusing us service?". She said "let me go get my manager". At that point we were all disgusted and just went to Wahoos. I was horrified we went through that! My sister comes from Seattle and we just wanted to have lunch for her birthday! They never got busy the whole time we were at...
