I was very excited to bring my mom here, as I’ve been here before a few other times. Our experience was ruined by the individual working behind the counter who was very rude. We were never greeted at the door or even at the register. I had asked her if the pastries shown in the glass was all that they served she nodded, so I asked no breakfast items? Then she points at a menu…So there was more than just the pastries. I then proceeded to order my beverage, a hot chia latte, she grabbed a paper cup and I asked if I could drink out of a glass mug instead? She responded “no glass cups are for iced drinks only” at this point I had become disappointed in their employee. My mom on the other hand just wanted water the employee told my mom you can serve yourself right over there. Asked guys 3 times to help and then finally one of the guys said, "our network has a hard time connecting with older laptops." I responded that mine was brand new and the guy just shrugged and said it was his network. Unfortunately I came in for work- hoping to knock out a bunch of stuff, spend a few bucks on good coffee, but no wi-fi for a coffee shop in 2017 =...

Slightly more money than most Starbucks for the drip I think by .10, but well worth it for the changeup in atmosphere.
I got the feeling that the place was brand-new still sawdusty and full of possibility from the bright interior and sounds. Thrilled that the college offers a little refuge from every single place being a Sturbacks, pikes beginning to taste like drinking water, and the conditioned responses that...
