First thing you notice walking in is it’s very empty and not welcoming. When I walked in there was 1 man behind the counter wiping what looked like a sink counter. As I stood there he looked over and kept wiping. I asked where the acai bowl list was and he only said “on the screen” there’s 3 screens on the wall. When he finally came to the counter he said they have 5 but only 2 are on the screen. I ordered the Raw earth acai bowl to keep it simple. As I sat there a younger lady walked in and he stopped what he was doing, greeted her, explained a few of their options and recommended add ons. His hospitality with her was great. I thought maybe I caught him at a bad time but 5 minutes later another young lady walked in and had the exact same thing happen. Then 10 minutes later as I was finishing up a young guy walked in and the man working there just kept sitting there on his phone. I recently discovered Raw Earth Juicery & Cafe at Campus Pointe and it's amazing! The atmosphere is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, and they offer a variety of smoothies, sandwiches, acai bowls, and freshly pressed juices. I tried a sample of their pressed juice, instantly fell in love, and ended up getting the Hardcore Greens to go. I also ordered the turkey sandwich, which was fantastic! The veggies were incredibly crisp and fresh, making it stand out from other sandwich shops. The sourdough bread was delicious and super fresh. The #12 Starburst smoothie was incredibly refreshing. I highly recommend this place with a solid 10/10 rating. If you haven't been to Raw Earth Juicery & Cafe yet, what are you waiting for? Don't hesitate to support this business. I really wanted to make this my weekly hotspot when I got lazy to make my own product at home. Unfortunately I've had three experiences that tells me to never return. First was the berry ab toast bread went from large slices to smaller slices but remain the same price then being charged for extra bananas and not getting the banana, I was told the next time I would get the extra bananas... when I arrived to get the extra bananas and left with the product the bananas serving looks the same as if I did not get extra bananas again.. I am not a complainer if you don't get what you offer right I just rather take my business elsewhere. If I'm paying for something please don't cheat me out of it... mind you it's a $1.50 extra for bananas I could go by my own banana and just slice it up and add it on myself once I get the toast I'm not supporting this business no more because I don't like getting cheated.
