This place I hate to say but my experience here was the worst. Waited 45 minutes at least for Menudo? That alone was a red flag. If I hadn't paid in advance We would have left. The service the Manager Alyssa gave us was so ignored and bad it was why we left the bar area. Then we find out she was the Manager!! Was beyond disappointed Alyssa gave us no service so we moved then she claimed I didn't explain I wanted a shot of tequila and a Sprite soda she gave me this little shot of Sprite. I then stated again I repeated a glass of Sprite she left with attitude, she returned and gave me a flat Sprite I had to ask someone else to replace it for the 3rd time!!! Mind you before we even sat down as we moved the Manager came running for us to pay the tab and we had not even received our food yet!! The list goes on HOWEVER IT'S more than I want to remember about that place, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY. I'VE TOLD OTHER PPL MY EXPERIENCE AND THEY SAID THEIR BAR SERVICE 🍸 WAS ALSO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAIT TIME. I do want to note the other workers were very nice once they knew we had a problem with Manager Alyssa who didn't care about the service she didn't provide when we left she didn't even ask why we moved she took 15 minutes for a draft beer ?? That was ridiculous service if you even want to call it that. So disappointed.

We walked in and we were immediately greeted with a friendly staff member who sat us immediately. She was accommodating and very social. The Ambiance was very nice! This is very clean open Airy environment. I love the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and the color for sombreros on the wall. Huge bar! Very colorful bright bar with plenty of drink options. We had the $5 happy hour Margaritas, I had mango and my sister had Peach. Both were delicious! I loved the crystal glass cups that the drinks were served in. The chips were really good and the salsa was amazing, the spice was on point I love that they did not skimp on the spice, I love spicy salsa. I ordered the beef enchiladas with the dollar fifty Taco Tuesday soft grilled chicken taco. The enchilada was so flavorful! The perfect amount of spice and flavor. The rice was okay, I prefer a little bit of a dryer Spanish rice but it did have a little favor. The beans were mediocre. When I especially loved was that the food wasn't too heavy nor was it too greasy. An account that it was my birthday lunch, they offered us a very generous helping of deep fried ice cream. This was so good! It was coated with cinnamon toast crunch and served on a bed of cinnamon fried bread. A must have! Overall a great experience with delicious food. I will definitely be back!

I really enjoy the food at Que Pasa Mexican Café, especially their seared tuna salad. The flavors are fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, making it one of my go-to dishes whenever I visit. The tuna is always seared just right, and the accompanying greens and toppings complement it beautifully. However, I’ve noticed that their servers and kitchen staff can be a bit inattentive when it comes to special requests. If you have a food intolerance, such as dairy, it’s a good idea to double-check your order or emphasize your needs a few times. On occasion, I’ve had requests overlooked, which can be frustrating and potentially problematic if you have strict dietary restrictions. That said, the quality of the food often makes up for these hiccups, but I do hope they improve their attention to detail in the future.

First time I went I loved the food and service was great both times we got the same thing queso fundido and I got my comal bravo...the first time was delicious this time I went something tasted off I couldn’t tell if the meat was bad or what it was but it had an off taste the rice was dry and hard...I finished what I could because for almost $21.00 for my plate I didn’t want it to go to waste. The service was TERRIBLE. We go seated our waitress came over once, took our order for drinks, came and chucked them on the table and took off without even asking if we wanted to put in an order for appetizers which we did want to...we had to flag down someone else to put in our order then about 30 minutes after our order was taken she finally decided to show up and take our order which to her surprise was already taken by someone else...after that we never saw her again there was no shift change as we could see her going around to other tables she just didn’t care about ours...once we finished our food and were ready to pay we waited 20 minutes and she was no where to be seen another kind server saw us and asked us if we needed anything ever though he didn’t have to as we weren’t his assigned table but he was very nice and help us with paying our bill promptly. Our original waitress who was there 5/13/2021 at approximately 7PM-8PMgave the worse service I’ve ever had in my life and I will never be going back...
