The woman running this place was 100% not compliant with ADA regulation and outright refused service to me because she said my dog was not a service animal since it wasn't wearing a vest nor had an ID tag saying it was, both of which are not required of service animals. Plus my dog travels in a backpack and she said she said service dogs are usually on the ground.
I informed the woman of the two questions she is rightfully allowed to ask regarding service animals and she still refuses service. I told her exactly where to look online and left to give her time to do her homework. I came back 20 minutes later expecting that she would have at least done her due diligence as a business owner and looked into it and she had not. Her total lack of wanting to be helpful at all by learning how to right her wrong truly leads me to think it may have been because I am gay and was there with my husband. I don't want to jump to that conclusion but her actions made no sense.
Yet, I was still willing to eat there, ready to spend money in her restaurant and she just refused to even look up ADA regulation online. Security even informed her that she was wrong. Then she lied multiple times trying to change the story to suit her. Once she lied to me I was done dealing with her and left. The security guard recommended Carina's Market across the street. It was half the price and tasted great. Karma...
Read moreWhy haven't I written a review before now?? Los Panchos has been our family favorite breakfast place for years. We've branched out to lunch more often lately, but I have NEVER had a bad meal here! Delicious, perfectly cooked Mexican food in a warm, friendly family-owned restaurant - the family is so nice and the service is attentive and genuine. Excellent homemade salsa. Mexican breakfasts are the BEST, but my dad would always order American breakfast. He was the pickiest eater in existence - but every Sunday he'd go to Los Panchos for breakfast -- that's how good this place is! Short rib tacos are unbelievable - but honestly you can't go wrong with any dish. Even the tortilla chips are fresh and tasty! Quality is top notch. My mom is 99 and she's thrilled when I bring home her favorite taco plate. So happy to have a real sit-down, clean, QUALITY Mexican restaurant of this caliber near...
Read moreMy GRAMS ❤️ gave it 5 stars as I asked her what she wanted to rate it, she gave it 5 out of 5.
I took my Grandmother and Mother for Mother's Day 2019 to have brunch. They got to decide where ever they wanted to go. It wasn't to busy when we arrived but picked up quite a bit while we were there.
They both wanted huevos rancheros, and said it was delicious and enjoyed their time. I wanted something lighter, but they had no regular SALADS. I ordered a taco salad instead with chicken, it was shredded I wish they offered grilled. It was decent, simple but fine.
They had special plates for Mother's Day, I really felt that they were overcharging for what they were offering and really trying to capitalize on the Holiday.
Overall it was a good time, I have went to this restaurant since my youth and have seen the prices increase, quality stay moderately the same, and...
