First things first, I have never in my entire life have felt it was necessary to post a review until now. I was walking nearby, and I had just come from Claire’s when I decided to sit nearby the store. Although ever since I was little I loved going to this chocolate store, I was shocked and appalled with how they treated their employees when no one is inside the store. When working in this industry, it is a manager’s decency to at least respect their employees, but yet what I have seen at this store, its clear respect isn’t given and I will DEFINITELY NEVER come back to this location. We’re definitely fans of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory but when we went recently, the girl who helped us, Samantha, did not have a good attitude. She asked us what we wanted and would get upset when we ordered more than one thing. I got a Rocky Road Apple sliced, she sliced it without care. Then my sister asked for a sample from the tray and she slammed it on a counter followed with an unpleasant facial expression.
