I recently had the pleasure of being served by Nate at Starbucks, and I must say, his customer service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Nate greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that immediately brightened my day.

Me and my fiancé went in and ordered. When we were ordering, the woman at the register with short black hair, took our order no problem. We then realized it was the buy one get one today. We went back and asked her if we can use it and get a refund for one drink. She then became very snarky. So immediately I was upset. Every Starbucks I’ve ever ordered at, even out of town, always asks if I have the app to remind me of things going on. That was something she could have done for us. Not saying it’s policy, but it is curtesy and us even asking for a refund for one, should not have gotten such a negative response. Maybe a retraining is in order for this staff at this location or some specific measurements should be added to the application when ordering. That my friends is a clumpy of cinnamon at the bottom of my cup after I had finished my 16 oz coffee. I started to feel light headed shortly after consuming my coffee. The amount of cinnamon added to my cup looked excessive after I had finished it and made me curious. A quick google search regarding cinnamon daily intake showed it is not safe to consume more than 6 grams (1 1/2 teaspoons) of cinnamon per day for the reason it may be toxic exceeding this amount.
