Smh Never going to Crews Magic on 4020 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, Ca 93722. They talking about they cleaned my tires and rims and then I asked for the rag and wiped my own tires and rims and dirt came off like butter. 🤣😭🤣👌🏾 The hate be real…they didn’t clean the inside like they were supposed to. It’s cool, NO thanks don’t want those spirits in my car anyways but never again, asking me how much I paid for my vehicle none of your business you should be focused on properly cleaning cars instead of pocket checking me. You ain’t got to show me but one time. IN THE END I MADE THEM CLEAN MY TIRES AND RIMS AGAIN. this is the second time we’ve come here and had a bad experience. the first time we came our car did not get fully cleaned. bugs were still on the car and windshield. most recently we came and mid vacuum they started unplugging everyone’s vacuum and said they’re off now. a heads up would’ve been nice when we entered the car wash with the intent to get a wash AND vacuum out the car that the vacuums were gonna turn off soon. we would’ve gone somewhere else. not even two minutes after unplugging everything we see all the workers run to their cars and leave. we won’t be returning anymore and you should take your business...

I like the hand car wash, rather than machine wash. However, I still have to finish drying the vehicle myself. As well as having to clean my wheels myself when they're finished. Today, I noticed that the wash I bought is discounted on Tuesdays to 6.99 from 9.99. I paid for my wash at the gas pump where I was given a discount to 8.99 from 9.99 for buying gas. When I questioned the attendant she just said that you can't get it for 6.99 at the pump. You have to see the cashier for that price. Then waived me in to the wash and kept my receipt with no offer to rectify...
