The Broilers — Restaurant in Fresno

Sooooo Disappointed!! Made an order to go and got home and only half of my order was in the bag. I call and let them know I only got half of my order and I was told "I noticed the rest of your order was missing but you left so quick" When your order is called and you get it you leave right?? I was then told "we can either remake it or you can come a different day" I explained I had to come get it as it was my father's food. I explained that I did not live close and how much of an inconvenience it was to drive all the way back to the restaurant and back home. On my way to the restaurant my daughter calls to let me know the extra pita bread I paid for is missing too. Fast forward I get to the restaurant I explained who I am and also shared that the extra pita bread I paid for was not in the bag either, just 2 salads and the dressings. The Mexican lady in the kitchen starts to argue and say they were in there, while I'm explaining they are not. So they throw extra pita bread(which were only 2 pieces, I still did not get the extra pita I paid for), sauce, and the rest of my order in a bag and give me a dry "sorry". I will not return to this Broilers at this point they treated me like it was my fault THEY messed up on my order....Not a we apologize for the inconvenience, not even a we will compensate you what WE left out of your bag or how can we make this better.....just a "sorry". I won't be back unfortunately and it's sad because we love this place, however how you treat your customers determines if they will continue...

I am slowly learning the menu and discovering what I like and dislike. The stuffed Grape leaves, the FRESH shaved gyro with the cucumber sauce, and the pitas bread are simply delicious. I mention FRESH cut, for the reason, that if you dont mention it, you risk getting the driest cuts of meat, sometime inedible. The front cashier representative was nice, however the cook seemed to have the issue with preparing my food how I ask. The restaurant was EMPTY before, and while, I was there for quite some time so I knew the food cuts would be old. After he rolled his eyes and huffed he told me it would take an additional 5 minutes and FORGOT my white sauce for the grape leaves which didnt taste that well this time around. I ordered a 1/2 a chicken salad with dressing on the side.An extra garlic sauce and extra pink radishes.I got all the way home.I picked up my order.Got home after doing errands.There was no salad dressing in the bag or on the salad.There was no extra pink pickles and the girl at the front was so rude to me.
