Today I've placed a mobile order for pick up that should've been ready by 12:55pm. I got there around 12:57pm and got out of my car to pick up my drinks but apparently it wasn't done. So I waited outside for my drink. However, as time went by I noticed that majority of the drive thru lane were done before mines. Even the cars that came after me to the drive thru were getting theirs before me. I was deeply confused and found this super ridiculous because mine was a pick up order that was placed beforehand. I asked the lady that handed my drinks after the drive thru slowed down around 1:08 PM "How come my drinks were handed after all these others cars especially since they've ordered after me". She proceeds to tell me that there only 2 of them at the moment. I replied "I understand there's only 2 of you guys, I just don't understand why did the cars after me still got their drinks before me even though my order was a pick up?" She then replied "it takes at least 10 minutes after ordering online and that drive thru is PRIORITY because it's TIMED". I think this is just ridiculous because why order online if all these others cars that comes through drive thru are going to get their drinks before pick up. Wasted my time placing the order online and the drinks were very watered down considering when we've paid for extra carmel, whip cream and Caramel drizzle. They got my order wrong and when I called to ask for a refund for 2 out of 4 of the drinks they told me no I have to take the drinks back.
