I came in early for an order I ordered online. To be exact 9 minutes early and was told they can’t make my sandwich until the order comes in even if I have my confirmation number on my phone with details on the sandwich and how to make it. The registration lady was so rude she ignored me when I asked about my sandwich order she said oh well you have to wait n said the sandwich on the counter wasn’t mine and just starts helping other ppl while im standing there. Then I leave come back and asked for a manager she said we don’t have one. She refused to give me any information and was rude. I asked her for her name and she walked away from me and went to the back and got her coworker to help me by giving me her name. The rude employee was named Ida I believe.It’s passed my order time. Guess what my sandwich was made the whole time just sitting in the counter. I gave her my name when I first came in she said that it wasn’t mine. I asked her for her manager and she clearly said we don’t have one. I recorded it all. left my cell phone number to complain to a manager, will see if they even call me back to get the complaint. Read moreI live down the street from this Subway location and I always enjoy my daily visits. I know their entire staff of hard-working, young emplyees who go out of their way to provide great service. Because the service is so good it has become the most popular lunch spot in the area. As a local I have learned to avoid the rush hour because it gets very busy. That being said, the staff does an excellent job of handling the rush and maintaining courtesy. Whatever they are being paid is not enough when you consider the fact they are open 24 hrs. I like to take advantage of their free wifi and fill out their surveys on the back of my receipt. Ordered delivery for the 3rd time through the subway app, but this time they did not deliver even though the order status showed “delivered”. In fact, the status was changed almost immediately after placing the order. I tried calling to see what’s up, but the phone rang for 4 minutes straight. When I went into the store, the food was sitting on a rack with a tag labeled “deliveries”. The lady at the counter contacted the manager and came back to claim that they do not make deliveries and to contact doordash for a refund on the delivery charges.
