McDonald's — Restaurant in Fridley

This people has the rudest attitude in the morning some hispanic lady who denied to gave me her name since she was a shift manager i felt in my right to ask her name since i bought pancakes and sausage and she denied me a cup of water she just closed the window in my face...i said ok no water then then I left BUT then my daugthers went in the morning by theirselfs abt 4 days later they encounter the same lady and i guess she forgot to gave them their drinks so when my oldest daughter ask her for their cups the lady came out loud in the front counter saying that she already gave them the drinks and that she was lying in front a whole line of people my other daugther its a toddler and she was there held by the hand by her senior sister who showed her receipt and pointed to the table were their food was sitting their was no drinks she told another manager DEAL WITH THEM TWO!! When my daugther told me this i was furious and since reading this reviews i guess they can do whatever they want and say whatever they want even to underage costumers i wonder until this its gonna be like this or this its gonna keep escalating to i dont know to what level another thing this people say to be open 24hrs they are not they cars are outside lights on sometimes they turned when u get their at the menu but no response of no one even one time i ask a manager tru the window that they were closed with a sign with her hands going across her neck its just ridiculous its crazy that people may drive miles thinking this place its open and its NOT even with employees inside its just unacceptable i hope and i wish that this can be solve or at least to fix they 24hr open BS on google. I wish i could give them -10 i swear!!...

Consistently slow and poor service.

I work nearby and have limited options for my lunch break. Frequently, it seems that this McDonald's never has anything ready to go or any haste to make it happen.

One visit with my boss for a cup of coffee, none was made and we waited 4-5 min before it was brewed.

On a few other visits, it took the same 4-5 min to get my meal. During that time they did not give me my drink cup to break up the wait and the staff was constantly running around like it was their first day on the job.

Finally, this morning, I was trying to grab a breakfast sandwich from the drive-thru before work and I sat at the ordering station watching other cars make their order and move forward to pay. I said a simple "Hello" a few times to let them know I was there and when I received no response, I gave the engine a hit of gas to try and wake them up. When I didn't receive a peep from the speaker, I gave up, hungry and disappointed that a simple restaurant premise (Fast Food) is unable to be accomplished by the restaurant that created the premise.

This is not the first time I've had an issue at this location, however this time I was presented with a very rude staff that lacked any sort of problem solving skills. In the drive through I ordered a large chocolate shake with no cherry and a medium fry. The person at the first window was a very grumpy yong lady, and when I got to the second window the gentlemen gave me a shamrock shake and my fries. I handed the shake back and said this must be another customers I asked for a chocolate shake no cherry, after waiting for 3 minutes I was then presented with another shamrock shake they staff then proceeded to argue with me and finally a said enough is enough. I expressed my dissatisfaction of service to the staff, the rude behavior and the lake of listening skills to take an order. When I left I reached for the fries which ended up being cold anyway. I strongly urge you to stay away from this location, you will not get what you ordered and the wrong items will be cold. Further when you try to bring this information to the attention of the staff you are met with care and attitude as cold...
