If I could have given zero stars, I would have. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. We went in on Tuesday, with the special $10 for a large pizza. We waited in line for 30 minutes!!!! 30 minutes for two pizzas. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes at an extremely busy Papa Murphys. We watched multiple people behind us, get their pizza well before we did. Zero customer service. There were 3 employees working, no one smiled or acknowledged people were waiting in line. They looked as though they were riding out their shifts. Unacceptable! I will never again bring my business to this Fridley establishment. When I went to the counter to let them know I had been waiting an obscene amount of time, they didn't even know where my ticket had gone, because they were starting with all the orders after us. I'm just ticked off, I almost asked for a refund!! Should have. Terrible service, and employees, the only winning element...
Read moreBeen going to the Fridley location for almost 20 years. Never any complaints that rise above a petty issue, never repeated. I've never had a pizza not made to my order. Great workers over the years, consistently high quality, fresh ingredients, generous load on the ingredients & enough different ingredients & options to allow most anyone to get what they want. Crusts are good--haven't tried the cauliflower one. Easy to cook. Please tip the staff, no real excuse given the high value for the money! A dollar or two will help a lot. I only took one star away as I prefer a sauce with more Italian style spices. And over the years, the owners/company have had no tip policies, sometimes not even allowing a tip jar when tips were permitted. When they weren't, I just left it on the counter. I worked in lots of restaurants while going to school. While this is somewhat different, it's still a hard job standing all day & prepping the...
Read moreWhen I went into get my pizza they were eating their own pizza on the prep table. Anyone who is concerned about cleanliness don't worry they wiped it off with their hands before starting to make the next pizza. Although I think it would have been better had they washed their hands but that didn't seem important either. When I spoke to the younger guy behind the counter as well as the store manager Kevin the next day they both replied,"Nothing wrong with that, it's just another table when we are between pizzas". They took my name and number so the owner's could call and explain how there is nothing wrong with eating on the prep table but I haven't heard back. I will update if the call ever comes. Enjoy your pizza and all manner of germs, saliva and anything else from their...
