Two Stooges Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Fridley

My first time here and it was horrible. We did the pay-by-the-hour pool and waited for a waitress but no one was in sight so one of the guys went up to the bar to grab us a pitcher of beer. He came back and told us that we needed to go show our ID for cups (in which, I appreciate them for doing their job). My brothers and I went to the bar to show our ID and ended up waiting for 20 minutes. During the wait one of the bartender was stacking cups while I was saying "Excuse me, Sir... Excuse me, Sir... I just need to show my ID." He didn't look up once. A waitress came by and called his name and he dropped his cup stacking and went and got her 2 bottled beers. Another bartender, a lady walked by and I tried to wave her down with my ID but she walked right pass me. I had to ask my brother if I was invisible. Seriously?? I am not trying to order anything, I just want to show my ID and pay, for God's sake. I do not understand why I need to wait around at the bar if I am paying by the hour for pool so I grabbed the pitchers and left for my table. A waitress came by and asked if we need anything. Being the honest person that I am, I told her I need to pay and showed her my ID. I explained that I tried waiting at the bar but 20 minites later, I was still invisible so I took the made-pitchers and came back to my table. I asked her to bring me an extra cup because two of my friends have joined us. She asked for an ID, he showed it to her. 10 minutes later, no cup. She came and collected the empty pitchers and asked if we needed anything.. I informed her we are still waiting for the cup. She apologized and brought the cup after the game was done. And then... the bartender at the bar came down and asked us to pay... errrr lady, I paid your waitress already because you didn't want to see me pay you. Anyway, I left after we finish our drinks. I will never be coming back because even though the pool tables were nice and smooth, it is not worth the crappy...

I was pretty disappointed with the service here. My friends held a birthday dinner for me here at Two Stooges. Originally, I was very excited to celebrate at a venue that I hadn't been to before. I was impressed with the number of pool tables and hoped to come back in the future when I had more time to play pool. There was 6 of us females who all came to dinner. Our server, Kira, was quite rude. I had observed the dinner rush and it did seem she was the only server, however each time she came to the table she had a poor attitude. After asking her multiple times for a food item, she would roll her eyes and let us know that she was busy. She never came to the table and offered water or recommended any items. Each time she stopped by, it seemed it was out of obligation and she was not willing to answer questions or spend more than 10 seconds at our table. In the end, I was the only person who got water (after I asked). We all had food items and drinks that were ordered. Each was delivered to the wrong person, and we were left with incorrect tabs. After waiting more than 10 minutes, when one in our group said she was ready to pay, Kira raised a check and card of another guest into the face of the one in our group and said "I'm busy!" while she walked off. THE AUDACITY!!!!! I haven't had quite a rude server!! I definitely was not impressed. If I ever do return (not likely!), it won't be to order...

So we come here for my moms birthday today. My husband and I and my daughter got here early to get a big table (10 of us ). We found one in the bar area and sat there awhile before being approached by a waitress who does not say hi first but just goes on to say, “can you move to another table. I forgot to put a reserved sign on this one” I asked if it was maybe for us ( not knowing if one of my family members made reservations) and she says, “ No it’s not for you it’s for our regular customers” 😳 Thought that’s was a very rude way to go about that but got up and found another table. We had a different server thankfully. Well ordered our food, wings, steak bites a blt and a couple French dips. The French dips came out after about 20 minutes. Well after an hour we asked server how our food was coming along. She said well everyone ordered at once but it’s Coming. ( not busy at all in place ) After an 1-1/2 hours our food arrived. My brother got boneless instead of bone in like he ordered, our boneless wings were horrible, and steak bites not good at all! The food used to be so good here! Anyways had a very disappointing experience. Oh and after 2 hours, no one was ever sitting at the table we got kicked out of. hmmmm 🤔 Nothing bad to say about our server. She was very apologetic and nice and we know it...
