Precious, working the register, was a wonderful, cheery, and composed personality. dealing with upset customers due to long waits while it seemed all the other staff were occupied by the massive drive through line, and managing to oversee a new trainee very politely and attentively. i want to make sure it’s known she did wonderful in the context she had to work in. that being said, some people apparently waited on their food for 30 mins, leading me to believe their kitchen is severely understaffed, bogged down by delivery app orders and the drive thru. not the workers fault, probably upper managements fault honestly. i did get my food served for dine in when i ordered to go, but honestly i didn’t mind, i think we could all use more time to slow down and eat out in the world with each other, in a day and age of eating in your car alone. honestly weirdly great experience for a random fast food stop for chicken tenders and...

this place is always pretty busy because it's one of the only well known fast food chains in the area other than mcdonalds. with that in mind, i would think they would be adequately staffed for peak hours. my first order was entered wrong in the system. I asked for a number 1 deluxe no pickles, but it was entered as a number 11 no pickles. my second order was a simple oreo blizzard that took 30 minutes to make. when i asked about when i would get my blizzard, we were blown off and told "it'll be ready soon". If youre unable to prioritize dine-in quests, the least you could do is tell them you will be with them in a moment and to apologize for the wait. i watched 4 customers, including a family, walk out after being practically ignored for 15 minutes. i walked 2 miles just to eat here because i thoroughly enjoyed it before the remodel, but i will not be making this...

This DQ is normally very slow, but visited on 3/4/21 around 6pm and got the worst service ever. Went into DT at 549pm with 1 car ahead of me. Took 5m just to get up to the speaker. Ordered quick, but then sat for 10m behind the car ahead of us. During this time, two cars came in behind me. A manager came out and helped the two cars behind us by taking their payments inside then delivering their food out to them. They were not doordash. Manager completely ignored me. Got to window at 559pm, they took payment. Sat again for another 5m waiting for chicken strip basket order. Nothing. Finally got clerks attention and asked why it takes over 10m to cook chicken strips? Asked for manager, but then all of a sudden the order was ready. Live 5m away, food was cold.
