This post is about two different locations and you have to know what took place at the 1st one to understand the whole story.
Dominos on FM 528 & Bay Area blvd was supposed to supply 18 pizzas for a Brookside Jr High event 2-5-20 in the gym. This must have been arranged at least a week ago when the fliers went out to parents and students. Upon arrival to drop my students off I was informed that they would not be serving the students dinner as Dominos had called right before the event opened and told them they needed to reduce their order from 18 to 10 pizzas in order to get them by 6pm, so they did reduced the order. Then they were told they wouldn't accept the schools PO number. As a concerned parent I went to the store and spoke with the young man who knew about the order. I ask if he remembered what they wanted and he told me 5 large cheese and 5 large pepperoni. I ask him how long would it take to get them ready and he said 2 hours. I could tell he wasnt concerned with the order, with me nor with Customer Service so I left.
I called the Dominos store on FM 2351 who I order from. I told him what I wanted and ask if he could do it and how long it would take. He said he could and it would take 25 minutes. I was back at the school with the pizzas before 6. This team runs like a team and truly cares about Customer Service. They carried all the pizzas out and placed them in my truck. You guys Rock our community with your caring ways. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the pits of the students tummies. You know what your doing and ya did it with a smile. Awesome Job
I'd like to add that I sent an email on Dominos main webpage regarding the poor Customer service and my experience but I have not received a reply and it has been at least 24 hours. I believe 1st and foremost they should issue an apology to Brookside Intermediate School for not honoring their commitment and doing it at the very last minute leaving Brookside no time to make other arrangements.
2nd retrain the employees on quality customer service, a crash course on caring about the community they are supposed to serve and eliminate the people just waiting on payday.
3rd reward and take notice of the outstanding team work and coordination of the team members at the 2351 location who made it look and feel effortless to make 10 pizzas with no notice, during a dinner rush and keep up with all the orders they already had.
4th foot the bill for the next order that comes up at one of these local schools. Wedgewood Elementary, Brookside Intermediate or Clear Brook High school.
Those are my suggestions.

WE LEAVE TO GO GET FOOD FOR KIDS - RECIEVE A CALL FROM ROBERT AND HE'S PROCEEDING TO BE RUDE- I TELL HIM I DIDN'T MESS UP YOUR ORDER YOU MESSED UP MINE. ASK TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOVE HIM AND HE HANGS UP ON ME. ... I CALL BACK AND HE SAY'S HE'S REMOVING ME FROM THE SYSTEM AND WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CALL THERE... AM I MISSING SOMETHING HERE ??? YOU MESSED UP OUR ORDER !! HE HANGS UP ON ME WHEN I CALL BACK HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO CALL THE COPS AND SAY I'M HARASSING HIM .. REALLY ??? SO I PROCEEDED TO CALL CORPORATE AND THE OWNER OF THE LOCATION ... WHAT AN IDIOT THIS IS THE GUY YOU LET MANAGE YOUR...
Read moreThe worse ordering experience from a Dominos ever . Guy on the phone had to stop after every single thing I attempted to order to ask questions because he was absolutely clueless. Another guy FINALLY gets on the phone and says the clueless guy is new. Sooo, why is he taking orders if he doesn't know the answer to even one question? Doesn't know even one price. Can't figure out how to put what you want into the computer. I had to repeat myself no less than 15 times. Then , to top it off , the other guy who got on the phone sounded annoyed that he had to get on the phone and finished it off with some snide remarks to where I just said "Tell you what , I'll call Pizza Hut". He didn't care and said "Ok" and hung up. I just bought this house and I'm pretty disappointed because Dominos is my favorite and if this is what this particular store that delivers to me now is all about ...I won't be ordering from...
