HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service! We have been coming here often (once a week, at least) for 2 years, whether it be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food is typically great, although the meats are often dry, but still flavorful so does not stop us from comingâŚuntil one day this week - my husbandâs meat appeared undercooked and had a bad taste. He could not even swallow it, he literally had to spit it out in a napkin it was so bad (and he eats any and everything so that says a lot)! So, he tried to inform them and request another meal for equal or lesser value and the employee absolutely refused. I asked for the manager (her name was Salma) and she said, âSorry! Thatâs not our fault he doesnât like it! He needs to pay for more food if he wants it. We do not do any exchanges or refunds!â I cannot make this stuff up - exactly what she said, word for word, multiple times! And after making it clear, that we are frequent customers and the food was undercooked, likely causing illness, she still refused to exchange it.
Also, the highchair was covered in ants and very sticky! After cleaning it with a Clorox wipe, the wipe was completely black and disgusting! All in all, it was a HORRIBLE experience (first time eating there) and will NEVER go back or recommend this place to others!
And to top it off, we TIPPED the manager (Salma) upon ordering, even though they do not serve you - you order at a counter, have to pick up your order, then clear your own table! We always tip extra and did so this day as well! Our tip covered the replacement tacos my husband requested but Salma still refused to replace the undercooked food!    Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience warrants it. I placed 2 orders for a total of 6 tacos and received 1 sauce per order. When I requested 2 additional sauces, a staff member directed me to someone in the lobby who addressed my request with noticeable attitude. She began to say we already put sauce in the bag, I explained that the provided sauces were insufficient, and her response was dismissive, insisting that the amount given should be enough. I explained that I just needed 2 more or at least 1 more because 1 per order wasnât enough so she begrudgingly provided one more, stating it would incur an extra charge. This interaction was disappointing and reflected poorly on the customer service. While the cashier was courteous, the attitude from this staff member, who I suspect was a manager or owner, was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was particularly confused by the rudeness over the request for 1 additional sauce, especially given that dine-in customers receive unlimited sauce with a full bottle provided at their table. At my recent visit it was by far one of the worst experiences Iâve had at any restaurant. There was so much confusion with the cashier who took my order, he didnât order things we asked for and did order things we didnât ask for. Then when I went back up to order some of the things I originally wanted they still messed up that as well. So I asked for the manager, and the manager came and listened to our concerns, one being that we asked for another basket of chips because I paid for one. Even after talking to the manager those chips never came. Then upon leaving the restaurant we went shopping, I was walking around and suddenly started gagging. I went to the bathroom and threw up.
