Literally the worst service you could possibly expect and hasn’t got better over 3 years. Me and my girlfriend have been going here forever and every time they mess up the order royally. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 5 years and I just don’t get it. First off today the guy only filled half of my glass with coke...literally had to ask for more..dude didn’t even give me my change!!! It was less than a dollar but still (really?) To make matters worse lol, he literally asked if we wanted condiments and said they will be in the bag just pull over and after a short wait it’ll be out....needless to say our f$&king condiments weren’t there..of course. And he put the wrong sides in our combo like c’mon..This place never has their stuff together and it’s very sad and displeasing to a person who loves food and doesn’t mind waiting or anything when it comes to good service. There’s no excuse to neglect customers. Never go here. I am here to tell you for 3 years they had AMPLE opportunity to improve but it didn’t happen. Because they suck at what they do. You’ll be saving yourself time money and a hell of a lot of anger if you go somewhere else. The only reason they didn’t get zero stars is because it’s not an option in Google Reviews.. Trash. Read moreMy husband placed an order through doordash at this location and when he got there they told him they didnt have an order for him. he showed them on the app what the order was, the fact that it was paid for, and that it was in fact placed, yet the guy at the window continued to say the order wasnt there and we needed to pay again. he spent several minutes going back and forth saying the order wasnt there and we needed to pay even though we literally showed him where it was paid for and the receipt on the app. afterwards he told my husband to just come inside, but the doors were locked. the lobby isn't supposed to close until 10:00pm, but they had already closed up and had everything locked at 9:15. Eventually we ended up just leaving because no one came to unlock the door and they refused to make our order. We had to reorder at another location bc these people apparently dont have the courtesy to just admit that they lost an order. we work in fast food too, we understand that mistakes happen and thats okay- we even said we were willing to wait, but it isnt okay to sit there and over and over deny us our food and say we have to pay again when we have already shown our receipt and been patient about...
Read moreThe worst service i have ever had at a fast food Establishment, i experienced here not once but twice. The employees were by far the rudest girls i have ever seen. They act as if i was intruding on them when i arrived to order in the drive thru, i also over heard the girl talking very rudely, using very inappropriate language about the customer in front of me, she forgot to turn off her head set, and then was extremely rude to me taking my order and continued her sour language and dislike of her job with other employees. My other experience was just about the same with another girl complaining about customers ordering food at 1in the morning and needing to be home in bed and also using very explicit language with other staff about her dislike for her job. Extremely rude and snippy at us when ordering our food, very slow and just threw everything in the bag, where everything was just a big mess at the bottom. I have never been so disrespected and frustrated in my life. I will not be returning to this...
