As someone who considers themselves pretty healthy, I have a hard time finding meals that fit my macros and require little to no prep. Our family has tried every meal service imaginable and we have struggled to find things that are affordable and still healthy.

With the price of food these days, Power Fit Meals has very reasonably priced options for extremely clean ingredients. Not to mention the food tastes amazing. And it’s fool-proof! Just pop in the microwave and done!

The staff is extremely helpful to everyone’s dietary needs and makes knowledgeable suggestions.

I highly recommend coming in and grabbing a meal to try when you’re in a rut. Their sale fridge has lots of last minute options as well as their website is extensive and makes ordering ahead seamless! I was able to pick up my specific dietary order with ease and even receive order updates via text when it was ready.

I had to stop eating my lunch to write this review! IT IS THAT GOOD! I am enjoying Shrimp Lo Mein. The shrimp are huge and my meal is packed with snow peas and broccoli. This lunch tastes like I picked it up fresh. I could not be happier now that they have a location in Friendswood. This is my third week to purchase my lunches there to bring to work. I have been going here for a while now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was referred by a friend when my last meal prep place closed down. I'm glad I found them. I like the selections and am pleased with the portion sizes. I honestly could not think of anything negative to say. I would recommend this place to anyone.
