Wendy's — Restaurant in Friendswood

Just witnessed myself and three other people drive away because doors are locked. Employees inside, walk into view, then hide. I’m not sure but I think drive through is open. I don’t see a sign that says dining is closed. But, how they gawk then hide and not let customers know by word of mouth or signage would be nice. I just wanted to sit inside with my kid. We went for a run worked out, wanted to get a burger frosty and fries. Just going to go to dairy off highway 3. Way better service and food. Always try to give this place a shot, it’s always trash. Bad attitude employees, and when they do wait on you, they act like your wasting their time and they are doing you a favor. Very rude. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place go across the street to jack in the box or to subway in the same plaza. At least they have respectable employees that don’t play games. Started to order bacononater fries, the I saw that the pretzel bacon pub sandwich was back so I asked the lady to scratch the fries and add the sandwich with tomato . I pulled up and asked the lady before she handed me my food if she added the sandwich. I don’t remember what she said but she handed me fries. I told them I ordered the sandwich and I doubled checked my order and one of the other ladies said I didn’t order a sandwich. We agreed to just add a sandwich to my order. She claims to have asked me if I wanted chicken or beef, even though I didn’t hear her say that. I had wanted chicken, but got beef. She asks me if I wanted 1,2,or 3 Patties and I was super confused as to why she was asking me how many Patties I wanted because who can eat 3 chicken Pattie’s?. I had told her 1.

Zero Star !! 5/21/2022 Saturday at 8:05 pm visited Wendy's store #00008430 FM 528 Friendswood Tx. Door's we're locked no sign. So went through drive through placed my order and went home and discovered they forgot my my $ 3.29 French fries so had to go back to get them. Upon returning back home I discovered that the $ 8.29 Cesar salad I received was rancid. After the Two trips already I decided to return the next day. So Sunday I returned and doors we're still locked for absolutely no reason no sign! So had to go through Drive through again and upon trying to return for refund was told they couldn't do anything because the manager was not there and would not be coming in until Monday 5/23/2022. This is absolutely outrageous this has cost me six trips already at $ 4.29 gasoline! Do not go to this location it obviously has zero management and i seriously doubt it can pass a Harris...
