Which Wich Superior Sandwiches — Restaurant in Friendswood

My family has been eating at this location every week since opening day, favorite place to eat, sometimes more than once a day, our membership card says we've come over 200 times this year alone. The employees have always been amazing, they greet us by name, start making our sandwiches by me memory before we even order, some of them will even run their employee discounts for us. Felt like a second home. But lately things have changed, they stopped putting up the daily paper my mother's orginal reason to come here , they turned off the nice music and started playing soap operas on the TV at volumes so loud they hurt my ears no one wants to eat thier lunch with their kids while theres a sex scene loudly playing , the quality of my sandwiches has gone down and the employees look like zombies. All of our favorite employees besides two young ladies have left saying the quality of the location has gone down and they don't want to be there anymore. We walked in today and my mother said "Can we please go somewhere else?"

Things have been looking bad since the new Manger 😭 we miss our whichwich.

put the sports channel back on the TV quietly, put the indie radio back on, get your daily newspapers back up and hire some new help or you'll lose us.

UPDATE TAKEN FROM 3 STARS TO 1 After posting this I was contacted with the most love and compassion about her job that I had seen by a lovely employee from here named Allie. She helped fix some of our problems and it looked like it was going to get better!

But then it got worse, they hired new staff to replace the others that left, including Allie.

The new staff is horrid. Today my mother, father, sister, my sisters fiancé, and I went for lunch.

They put tuna on my sister's ruben. We had the sandwich returned to be remade, an employee, Laura and whomever she was working with were yelling about if it was tuna or corned beef, and then this Laura was fighting with an old woman who ordered ham and turkey on her sandwich and Laura was telling her she couldn't have it because there wasn't a button on the cashregister for it and she said she would have to charge her for turkey, ham, and bacon and she could just pay for the bacon and not eat it.

My wife went in because she had an offer for a free sandwich, which was intended for a hungry five year old. You know kids. When they are hungry, they're also hangry. See the attached screenshot. It says free multiple times. I also attached a screenshot of the fine print. She didn't add on any extras. Yet the owner of the location still attempted to charge my wife/child for the sandwich. He blamed it on the computer, claiming that the computer wouldn't further discount it. If you own the location/franchise then certainly you have the ability to use your brain and understand what free means, especially when the fine print fails to dictate that a purchase is necessary. Because the owner of this location cannot take care of guests in an appropriate manner, we will attempt to bring this up with the corporate offices, informing them of this situation. I have read many of the reviews for this location, and while many appear to be of positive feedback, not a single negative review was addressed by the owner of the company. DO not go this store. Usually i do not give any store one star but for this I am giving today because the first time i ever seen this situation. This store and staff ( both guy and female) are nice once you go first time and pay for all stuff. As long as you go more and start to use your rewards points or any promotions from which wich they start to dislike you. But as costumer i paid for everything whatever I am buying and automatically earning rewards. Whats wrong in that????? When i used it the guy and lady was yelling on me and saying whenever is free you coming and always using promos and rewards. O hello i am not buying any free this are company promotions if you don’t want that put a big sign board. Your business is slow thats not my fault. It means you are not affording business and close or change your board instead of which wich. People are coming because of which wich not as you.
