This papa Johns is horrible. I ordered a Italian sausage, bacon, mushroom pizza and the first thing they delivered a Italian sausage, onion, mushroom pizza. I don’t eat raw onions, never have, never will, the crunch of the raw onion disgusts me. So I call back and supposedly they’re correcting my order & sending a new one out. So when the new order gets here it’s just pepperoni. I didn’t ask for that and I don’t like pepperoni because it’s greasy and isn’t what I ordered. I didn’t even call back for the 3rd time because if they couldn’t get the order right the first 2 times, i have no confidence they’ll get it right the 3rd time & I don’t want my food contaminated. I’ve lived in the area for 14 months & this is my first & last time ordering. I planned on ordering from Domino’s today but didn’t because they removed one of my favorite items & i decided to try Papa Johns which was a big mistake. So after the second messed up order i called back 5x to get a refund and got hung up on every time. So i take the pizzas and wings back up to papa johns(15 minute drive) & tell lex i want a refund. For whatever reason she tries to remake the pizzas again and i tell her NO, I WANT A REFUND. So she says because she processed the order as remake she doesn’t have the ability to issue a refund & gives me Branden’s number who she says is the GM & owner. I called Branden & of course he doesn’t answer. So lex says he’ll be there tomorrow so after I’m done handling my business tomorrow i’ll be back up there & will update my reviews
Update: Branden issued me a cash refund the next day. I think it's safer to just order from uber eats or DoorDash. I know the drivers aren't vetted, but I've never had this bad of a delivery experience with either of those services. Laurie Manager cancelled my order and never bothered to tell me. Only because I was frustrated that they only scheduled one driver and she tried to blame me for being upset that they are going to be well over 45 minutes late.
This was september 17 at 10pm. Whoever they had scheduled should seriously be retrained in customer support. I tried calling back to get things right and she refused to answer. HELP PLEASE! THIS IS NOT RIGHT. I've ordered plenty of times from here and it's been great. But today this manager made me feel useless and ashamed that I practically had to apologize because they would be late for my own order.
My uncle had to call, she stated that I never clarified if I wanted the order cancelled, AND SHE DE IT ANYWAYS! WITHOUT BEING ASKED.
SHAQ WOULD BE ASHAMED, AND PAPA WOULDNT HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THIS.
I was never rude, I was concerned. If you record these called PLEASE REVIEW THIS CALL.
-----------------------Update Sept 18------------------- Wow never expected this, the owner Abu has completely turned it around and called to personally make up for the experience, even though it was not necessary, by offering a free order from PAPA's Blessed Restaurants.
I am glad that my family will be able to feel comfortable buying from PAPA again.

Read moreI ordered a pizza with the 2 extra cheeses and I paid extra money for double pepperoni. I got the normal portion of pepperoni on my pizza instead.
The GM of the store specifically and explicitly told me via email that the only way to get extra pepperoni, even after I paid the extra money for it, is if I don't get any extra cheeses, which I also paid for.
The GM of this location specifically told me it is their store policy to rip you off. I have the emails.
Marco's is across the street and I can tell you from experience they do not skimp on toppings even when you don't pay extra. But if you do pay for extra topping at Marcos boy do they load it up. Their store policy isn't to rip off of paying customers.
Edit: response to owner comment- been there done that. You can see the result of that in the photos I posted. Even I reach out to corporate they won't answer anything. Clearly that GM is okay with having policy to rip off customers. I went to the Alvin location and ordered an identical pizza and it was a sea of cheese and completely stacked with pepperoni as you know I paid extra for it. They deliver what you pay for.
