I was really looking forward to trying this location today with my boyfriend, but unfortunately, our experience was a bit disappointing. We both ordered iced crème brûlée lattes and ended up waiting in line for about 20 minutes. It seemed like the team was still figuring things out — a few employees looked unsure of their tasks, and there was some confusion about which cars had been helped, which caused the line to move slowly. When we finally got our drinks, my boyfriend’s order was made correctly, though he mentioned it didn’t have much flavor. I had asked for mine to be extra sweet, but it didn’t taste like there was any sugar or flavoring added. I didn’t mention it at the window since the line was already long, and I didn’t want to hold things up further.
