Kwality Ice Cream & Bakers Frisco — Restaurant in Frisco

I recently visited Kwality Ice Cream in Frisco, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were incredible—rich, creamy, and genuinely different from the usual options you get elsewhere. I tried the mango kulfi and guava, and both were packed with flavor without being overly sweet.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the different flavors and even offered samples before I ordered, which made the visit even better.

Prices were totally fair for what you get especially considering the quality and unique flavor selection. The shop was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe overall.

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. It wasn’t even during peak hours, yet the staff was unresponsive and lacked basic customer service. To make matters worse, there was a strand of hair on the cake — completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I had requested a birthday message on the cake, but it was written in a rushed and careless manner, with a random mix of uppercase and lowercase letters. Honestly, my kindergarten-aged child could have done a better job.

Not to forget, after all this, we still hoped the chocolate cake would taste good — but that was another letdown. It was extremely dry and far from fresh, despite the staff claiming otherwise.

Overall, I’m not happy with the service or the product and would not recommend...

So last night it was our first visit to Draco store and got an Mixed Fruit Sunday ice cream 🍨 so here is the think

1. it’s 8$ so I was expecting atleast 2 scope of icecream and good fruits
2. So they gave only one small Scope of icecream and fruits are grapes 🍇 apple 🍎 and banana 🍌 ( which my adds better fruits in home for Walmart icecream 😂)
3. the taste was so below average once we had this we have to get up walk to the fridge and have Walmart icecream again 😂😂😂

Just my 2 cents with our first experience it’s not worth the price .. there is an hanry ice cream to something behind chowrastha which is similar fruit bowl ice cream which is 200000 times better and price worthy 👻👻 sorry Kwality you missed Quality and Quantity both .. I rest...
