The person taking our order was not patient enough to listen properly, and as a result, he messed up the order. We received a paneer pizza instead of chicken. When we pointed this out after receiving the food, he blamed us, insisting that we had ordered paneer. But we know what we ordered.

If he took the order incorrectly, how can that be the customer’s fault? It’s basic common sense to understand that customers know what they expect. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he argued and tried to prove us wrong, which was quite frustrating. He didn’t even apologize for the error.

We ended up having to eat the incorrect order, and to make matters worse, the paneer pizza wasn’t good at all. This ruined the whole experience for us.

While I understand that mistakes can happen—human error is natural—this is not the right attitude for a business owner to display in such situations.

We came to CanAm for Pizza night with family. Can Am is a Seatle based Desi Pizza chain which has now opened a branch in Frisco.

Being from India, I always want spices in my pizza and love to sprinkle Chaat Masala on my Pizza. At CanAm, we ordered Butter Chicken and Kadai Chicken pizza. I loved the Kadai Chicken pizza, it had spicy and tangy sauce at its core, topped with loads of chicken, peppers, onions, cheese, ginger and coriander toppings. Loved ginger taste in the pizza. My wife loved butter chicken pizza, she loved the dilliwala buttery gravy flavor of the sauce and spread of chicken on the pizza. A signature yogurt based sauce is served which just enhances overall flavor of pizza. Menu had options of wraps, calzones, pasta which would be on our list for next visit.

Ambience is good and its a clean place. Service is prompt and delightful.
