Boba Latte — Restaurant in Frisco

Giving them 2 stars because their drinks taste good. Their service is probably the worst out of all the boba places in the Frisco area. Since covid started, we always called our drinks in so we can just go in, pay, and pick up. For the past few months it takes about 4-5 calls for them to answer the phone.. and when you do actually get ahold of them, it still takes them 20-25 minutes to actually get you your drinks, so what’s the point of even calling it in? Their seals on the drinks are not properly closed all the time and when you shake your boba (like you’re supposed to) the drink spills all over you??

All in all just be prepared to wait a while for your drinks.. even if there’s not a long line. This is the only boba place in the Frisco area that takes this long.. no other boba places take this long even if they’re twice as busy. It’s even more annoying when they get your order wrong (wrong size, wrong toppings, missing drinks??).

It’s a shame because their drinks are pretty good, and with all the competition here, people will stop coming if you don’t work on your management...

Really love this place! The atmosphere is modern, chic, and very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me with my order while I was struggling to decide an add-on. The menu is huge, but very neatly categorized with a separate board displaying the specials. Music is very fun; I caught myself multiple times just bobbing my head to the songs.

I spent a minute chatting with the staff and my drink was ready before I even finished paying. They seemed like the invested in the seating as the chairs that line the walls are deceptively comfortable and I found myself happy to work in what felt like, to me, a very intimate space. But if you need room to spread out, don't worry! They have a giant table in the middle of the shop with outlets and just enough seating.

This is the best Boba shop in Frisco. We're regulars here and are always disappointed if we have to go to another boba shop when we're in another area. This place is simply great.

Our regular order is Thai tea, chai tea, durian shake, cheesecake shake, matcha milk tea, and a coconut 🥥 shake, with boba. We also love ordering the food. Any and all of it is good. I can't have sugar and get the option of ordering it unsweetened or with Splenda. They also have almond milk that I substitute for regular milk. I appreciate the options to customize my drink, and most boba shops don't offer that.

The cafe is always clean and comfortable. There are games to play. Convenient work station table with plugs. Fun anime on the TV. It's a wonderful place...
