Let me just tell you, I’m literally Chipotle’s biggest fan. Chipotle is the best fast food restaurant and I will die on that hill. But this location……. The attitudes of the workers here need to improve. The first time I went, I asked for more brown rice because that’s my favorite ingredient in Chipotle and he barely put any. Then when I asked, he proceeded to add the tiniest amount and I asked again for more. Then he started arguing saying he wasnt allowed to put more and he said that was just some false Tiktok trend?? My guy, there is literally no rule that says I can’t get more rice 😭🙏🏾. And my order is kinda small too so thats why there’s always more space for rice anyways. I’m pretty sure the rule in Chipotle is that the order should fill the bowl but not overflow it. But yeah, that dude was straight up arguing with me and he was not nice at all. The second time I went, they had no cashier, but they were still taking orders. It was an odd experience. The worker lady was rushing my order but I have no idea why because all the orders were getting stacked at the table but no one could pay. It was just getting crowded. And then there wasn’t even space for me to see the ingredients, but she still asked for my order. I’m a die hard Chipotle fan so I knew what to order but imagine I was some newbie, like how would newbies order when they can’t even see the ingredients??? And then she finished my order and asked for the order of the person behind me. When she was taking their order, she was kinda putting their bowl over mine (because again, it was too crowded and there was no space), which actually annoyed me so bad because that cannot be sanitary. Like girl, you’re putting someone else’s cardboard bowl over my fresh ingredients what!!! Oh and then I specifically asked for a little lettuce and the guy put a lot. I was staring at him because I was confused why he added so much when I asked for a little and he noticed me staring so he decided to add even more lettuce?? It was a whole forest in there. I had to go to the trash and throw it out myself because I’m not some primary consumer to eat allat greenery. But yeah I love Chipotle. Not this location though. Maybe if they were nicer, I would change it...
Read moreWe had a horrible experience with our delivery order. We placed our delivery order by calling the main number. We placed the order 2 days before the delivery date. We received a email confirmation 1 day before the delivery day (I have email if anyone is interested in looking)
We own a preschool and had ordered food for our teachers and staff to celebrate the teacher appreciation week. Teachers have a very short break so on time delivery was very important for us.
On the day of the scheduled delivery we received a call from the restaurant that they cannot fulfill our order as it was placed just now and they are busy. When we reminded that we placed the order two days before, the manager said they will prepare in two hours and mentioned they may not be able to deliver as per the original order.
We offered to pickup the food if they can get it ready. We picked up the food but no one was available to check the items. When we opened the food after getting to the school we realized that tortillas and sour cream were missing. We tried to call back no one picked up our phone.
We were so embarrassed to ask our teachers and staff to eat food two hours late and also by the way we don't have any tortillas for you to eat with.
Our teachers and staff have been working extremely hard and we wanted to reward them with good lunch but our plans were ruined by miss management of Chipotle staff and management.
Worse part is that no one contacted us to apologize. Ok even forget about apologizing they charged us the delivery fee. I see this as a big fail by manager. Manager at least should have noted that customer picked up their own food so we should not charge them delivery fee. But I guess no one cares.
This is the last time we will order from Chipotle....If there were negative rating I would have given that to them.
If you are looking for a dependable place to deluver food avoid Chipotle or definitely avoid...
Read moreMy daughter placed an order online, she ordered 4 bowls and tortillas. It said the order would be ready by 4:45p, I arrived on time, picked up the food on the table with my daughter’s name one the receipt. Came home, I literally live down the street, less than 5 mins, came home, was missing a bowl, food was cold so I called the operator a couple times and when they came on, they stated they will get a representative on the line, the operator asked to put a code in, which I’m not sure what code then I got disconnected. So I went back to chipotle, I proceed to the counter and started telling the lady behind the food counter that I just picked up an order and it’s missing a bowl, she would barely let me finished my sentences and cut me off, and told me that my order is over at the table, I had to repeat that I just picked up an order and it’s mi..and she cut me off again, asked if I had a receipt, and asked if it was from today, and just asked what was missing...and she just proceeded to asked me what was on the order with an attitude. I also told her I tried to call a couple of times and no one picked up and she just brushed it off stating that she didn’t hear it. So I just went ahead and gave her my order. For her to even asked me if the order was from today made me feel like I ordered from another day and coming back to get a free meal. I just got off work, I work at the hospital and I didn’t even want to get out of my car to pick up the food but since they didn’t have curbside I had to go in, so no I did not want to make another trip back to get a free meal. I just want the meal that I paid for. And instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she treated me as if I was the one inconveniencing her and there was no one behind me except my daughter. We’ve been going here for so many years and never had any issues so I’m very shocked that they had this kind of...
