Beyond disappointed how my family and I were treated today. Arrived, put our name on the list and waited, upon seeing that they were passing other families and not us, I got up to ask and our name had been scratched off because we had already been called, that was not the case, I was standing right in front of the hostess and she never called us, she called a party of 4, two parties of 2 and a party pf 5 that had arrived after us. Instead of apologizing she stated that she had called us numerous times, if she just would have apologized, she also walked away when I tried talking to her, she acted mean, rude and sassy, all I wanted was an apology and to get seated. The other host, a young man did very well, apologized immediately, called the manager and sat us quickly, fixing the situation, but what did the hostesses do? Break down in tears, sobbed hysterically saying I had been mean and rude and had us removed from the restaurant. This was uncalled for, unnecessary and undeserved, all because a young lady does not know how to do her job, was not well trained by management, my 77 year old father, 72 year old mother, myself and two sons were asked to leave. I know you have the right to refuse service to anyone, but this was not a situation that was called for. Both my boys work in service and many times come home saying that they were treated poorly by customers, I just tell them to keep their head high and know it is not about them, that how they are treated is not a reflection of them. This young lady and managers do not know anything about service or how to treat people or proper training, I will not be returning to this restaurant nor will I recommend...

I use to go here all the time and enjoyed it. But a bad taste In my mouth after dealing with them today. Manager is argumentative and doesn’t listen. Also ask for no tomatoes on my food and still had tomatoes. Good thing I don’t have allergies. Won’t waste my time going back to this location. Will go to any other location. I’ve worked in the service industry for 20 years and never seen a manager be argumentative like that. So good luck to anyone that has a complaint. The bacon was good. And while the food was good. It was hard to eat with the tomatoes. I had to tear it apart to enjoy it and still had the tomatoes juice all over it. It’s been awhile like I said since I have been here. Guess it will be awhile before I go back. Or maybe I’ll just head to a different location. I see others have had some issues with their customer service as well and I see the responses from the restaurant. They’ve definitely changed in the last year. I’m guessing new management or owners. That’s not a great look. Websites need to be updated and pics that pop up with their menu need to be update. But even so management didn’t handle it right. I listen to management handle situations with customers daily, I have dealt with customer complaints over the year. And I’ve handled it better. Customer aren’t always right but management isn’t either. And when their kitchen didn’t even get the order right you don’t really have the high ground on this. And now I’m getting the response I’m getting. Yes I’m positive it was your location, I have the receipt from your location. But that’s your response...

Service was great, good looking and clean atmosphere. But the food….it’s just not good. I’m not sure what the others leaving reviews are used to, but the quality of our food was that of say a Marriott room service breakfast. Hash browns were greasy and not crispy….they used packaged American cheese slices that tasted like plastic in my omelette. The “3 egg Omelette” didn’t have three eggs in it, for certain. ALL of the veggies had been prefrozen. The biscuits were OK, not bad but not great. The meat inside my meat lovers omelette was overcooked (except the cubed ham), almost as if I were eating bacon jerky. And the omelette was about a centimeter tall….they have line cooks pushing out dennys/Waffle House quality food…..not horrible, but you may need to be a little drunk to think it tastes amazing.

Pancakes were nothing special….too much baking powder if any critique is warranted.

Our server was excellent. She always had a smile, and was on top of refills. Preemptively asking if we needed anything for our meal. No issues here.

Overall? For a place that charges 5.50 for orange juice…..I would expect more than oily, greasy griddle food that’s mostly preprepped/frozen, that’s doused with packaged cheese and oils that are not good for you. We came because of the high star rating…..and I was surprised….it’s not 4.5 star food, at all. It’s a solid...
