My wife and I decided to try out the new location of Fun Pizza Kitchen in Frisco. We have been customers of THE COLONY, TX location, for years. Amit has always run that restaurant but now he is opening the new Frisco restaurant. Fun Pizza Kitchen is an India meets Italy meets Greek, fusion restaurant and they have so many kinds of pizzas you would not be able to try them all in a month. Their Sandwiches are as good as any you will find anywhere and be ready to take half home because they are huge. And if you like spicy food, as we do, then their Desi style and Jain style menu is to die for. I can tell you from an old man’s experience, that they offer one of the best complete lunch deals anywhere around. My friends and I have lunch at this chain often. Today I had Chicken Vegetable Pizza (personal pan), Greek Salad, and drink for $10.00 and change. This is the Grand Opening of the Frisco store. In fact, Amit still does not have all his equipment installed yet. Clean and nice. It is in one of those huge style shopping complexes with Walmart as the anchor store, on the NW corner of Custer Rd. and SH 121 S, in Frisco. It is physically located right next to Walmart’s Fuel Station. If you have a GPS enter the following Coordinates N 33º 07’ 33.99”, W 096º 44’ 10.44”, and you will be taken to their front door. For those people in East Frisco and West McKinney what a treat. They are big into take out; however, I have never used it myself. I always eat in the Restaurant. I highly recommend them and say “hi” to Amit for me. It is worth the effort to find them,...

(Frisco) Dear fun pizza kitchen, where do I begin? After dropping a relative off at the airport, I came to this restaurant late at night with my father hungry and tired. We sat down in its comfy leather chairs, it didn’t look like much at the time but we were so wrong. The waiters were friendly, serving us water and helping us out with our order. When the pizza came out, we were immediately entranced by its aroma. It was so so delicious, the flavors were nothing like I had eaten before. The corn was juicy and the paneer was tender. In the weeks that followed, we went there every Saturday and many days in between. The service was always so lovely for us, it became our second home. While the restaurant doesn’t have the most extraordinary furnishings, it has some of the best people you can ask for. When we went to celebrate Diwali there, the server gave us complimentary laddus, cementing the feeling of comfort and homeliness of the restaurant in our minds. As time has gone on, fun pizza kitchen has never failed to make their new recipes any less tasty, whether it be their sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, ect. Whenever we have brought our friends, they all have loved it. Every. Single. Person. At this point you might be wondering if I was paid to write this review. I was not. I truly just love this restaurant. It’s currently 10:30 at night and we still are ordering takeout from here. That’s how good it is. Love you so much fun pizza kitchen. Love you so freaking...

Ordered twice from here and both time they didn’t put toppings on the pizza as per the descriptions. Also they messed up the second time and had. First time they called back and said it will take 20 mins extra as they were out of olives for their Mediterranean pizza and have sent someone to get the olives. After reaching per the new time and 5 mins later they say that they can get the olives in time and I was like that’s okay. So after 30 mins after already coming 20 mins later I get the pizza. There were no artichokes as well on the pizza. And even the mushrooms were space. Very little toppings compared to their other locations. 2nd time, ordered the same thing and this time as well they were out of olives. So I was fine. When I picked up the pizza, it was regular pizza and not gluten free as I had ordered. She was like another 20 mins to get the other pizza ready. She also started giving me the original pizza and I was like “no!”. It could kill my wife who has celiac disease. 20 mins later I get the new pizza. And again this time hardly any toppings. This time there were like 2 artichokes on the entire pizza and a few more mushrooms. Again, they were like very stingy on the toppings. Taste wise, it’s still good but lacks toppings which makes the taste not as great as other locations. Avoid this location if you can. Other location are so...

I visited Fun Pizza Kitchen with my family yesterday, and it was our second time there. The pizzas are undoubtedly the highlight, with the best Indian flavor pizzas I've had compared to other places. The cilantro basil sauce is a must-try! However, there are a few areas that need attention to take this place to the next level. Firstly, the ambiance is quite dull and uninviting. The gray color scheme and lack of paintings or decor make it feel like a missed opportunity. I would suggest switching to a more vibrant and colorful palette to create a lively atmosphere. Additionally, the display by the counter showing steak videos (which aren't even on the menu) is confusing and should be removed. Secondly, the service, while not slow, was not particularly welcoming or engaging. It felt like the staff was going through the motions without much enthusiasm or attention to customer experience. In today's competitive market, it's crucial to prioritize both the taste and the overall experience, including ambiance and service. Overall, I would still recommend Fun Pizza Kitchen for their delicious pizzas, but I hope the owner takes these suggestions to heart to enhance the overall experience for customers.

For a place to go for pizza, this isn’t the first choice or the last choice on my list. They only have two type of beer in a can, bud light and corona. They don’t have any classwear, it’s styrofoam cups. They will leave a pitcher of NON iced down water at the table with a handful of the styrofoam cups. When the pizza comes out, there’s hardly any sauce on it, so it’s only cheese, a hint of sauce, and whatever toppings you ended up picking. You have to ask for plates for the pizza if you’re sharing. They do have Roku tv throughout the place on 4 separate TVs but don’t understand about shorts apps to watch the Dallas stars or other sports teams. There’s no parmesan shaker at the table. The one fire exit they have at the back of the store is blocked by furniture and chairs posing a huge safety hazard. I feel they have a long way to go before coming a number 1 go to place for pizza.
