Update... Just when I thought the worst couldn't get worse the up and did it. Portions are still anemic. I don't expect extra but a little chicken on my chicken salad would be nice. There was almost no lettuce but I convinced the kid to get another container and actually make a salad. They ran out of veggies and I and several people behind me were left waiting until the girl on the grill finally told someone there was a full container a few feet away on the togo line. Not one smile or cordial greeting. The food was lackluster. The service, well there wasn't any. Was and still is the worst Chipotle ever!

Glad they are open but they need some time to figure things out
Like many I've been waiting for this location to open. The store itself is clean and has a nice atmosphere.
The service was a mixed bag. The people making the food were great but a little apprehensive, the manager/cashier could use some help.
My entire visit, the manager kept barking at the crew, "watch your portion size", which they did and then some. I've been to so many Chipotles so many times it's crazy so I know what to expect and this wasn't it. Portions were puny and then they would ask if I wanted extra. I didn't want extra, I didn't want a large portion, I just wanted what I paid for. When you pay $3 for guacamole, you'd just like a scoop, not less than half a scoop. And it wasn't just me, every person in line was questioning what was going into their entrees.
On the food side, I had the carnitas, and they were dry as dust and salty. Again, I'm a Chipotle loyalist, and this in not normal. The carnitas were closer to shredded pork jerky than anything, not the tender carnitas I'm used to, and again, very salty.
When I did check out, the manager overcharged me, I had to tell him what went wrong, he rang it up again and got it right. I'd hate to think how many people overpaid.
So, hopefully they will improve, and if so, I will update my review. For now, I'll make the extra drive to a Chipotle that knows...
Read moreI went into this establishment at 9:00 pm on Thursday February 27th. I was in the mood for a burrito and this location was close by. So I make my way through the line. For 9:00 pm this store seems pretty busy. There were about 10 people ahead of me when I walked in. I get to the front of the line and am greeted by a friendly young lady with a smile. I ask for two burritos. She proceeds to ask me which rice I’d like. I chose brown rice for both. She then asks me if I’d like beans to which I reply I’d like pinto beans for both. She puts on heaping spoonfuls on both burritos. Next she asks me what type of meat I would like. I replied steak for both. Her reply was a little shocking to say the least. She replies “we’re all out of steak tonight”. I politely ask if they are out as in there is no more steak in the store? She says “No, we have more, but they just aren’t making anymore this evening”. I then asks her why she would start assembling burritos without informing the customer that they are out of at least one type of meat? Her response was equally shocking. “We were told to try and upsell to one of the meats still available this evening “. I reminded her that not only is the store open for two more hours, but also that they were probably going to end up wasting more food by not informing customers before they start food assembly that they are out of an ingredient. She then asks if I would like carnitas or chicken. I kind of lost it at this point and said “no, if I had wanted carnitas or chicken, I would have asked for carnitas or chicken”! I threw my hands up and left her and her two unfinished burritos. Not the experience I had hoped for. I will not be frequenting this location...

The management definitely needs to either work on the reviews and make improvement or should be changed..where do I start: A) Pathetic food! I have tried so many branch and never reviewed. This one deserves it. Food is either always out if you go after 8 , they barely even give a laddle food for each item. Best part they spread it so that it looks full as if people are mad not to notice it! B) Because they give such a low quantity, if you ask extra rice or anything..look at their face..it looks like you committed a crime! C) Service - everyone works like zombies…never see any excitement in serving people. In this business, i hope they know hospitality is everything D) Today I made a mistake yet again and went their…my bad..I was lazy enough to drive to my other favorite chipotle branch! Food seemed stale! Guacamole looked oxidized which i have never seen in other branches I visited, corns were so chewy that every bite I had to remove it, 1 laddle of rice was used to make my 2 rice bowl order ..So i had to shamelessly ask are you out of rice and that’s when they opened a new one. To my surprise..they took half laddle and distributed between bowls spreading it as I mentioned in point 1 to show it as if it looks full!
Now I see few folks giving good rating ..either they were luck OR the guys and gals servicing us did not like our face ! I will never visit them ever again..Mind you I never give ratings or reviews but I just had to vent out my frustration and utter disappointment hoping the management makes some improvement!
