Dunkin' — Restaurant in Frisco

Are you kidding me? Since 380 location is disgusting, I drove to Frisco. When my order was taken, the lady seemed impatient. I was ordering for 3 people. No one was behind me. The young man at window was competant, nice and appreciative of descent tip. Received food and drinks. The sandwiches seemed hot. So I was happy and drove away. On the road, I took a sip of coffee. It was hot. The sugar and cream was perfect. But I felt like it tasted toasted. I ordered Toasted Almond, as I always do. I thought, this doesn't taste like almond, at all. I look at the cup, it's decaf coffee. Which I've never ordered in my life. I was like, ok whatever. I'll drink it. I get to about a 1/4 of the cup left, I take a drink, a mouthful of GRINDS, is what I get! I'm trying to spit it out, in one blow, since its SO MUCH! Open my sandwich, no butter as ordered. But the packaging felt hot. First 2 bites, warm. Not hot. 3rd bite (wth). I'm assuming these are microwaved, and definitely now a second location, not long enough. Literally cold. But not as frosty as 380 location. Cold (not room temp even). Very disappointing. I thought my bill was a little high, but payed no mind. Low and behold, I got an extra sandwich, not ordered but charged for. I have no idea what's happened to all these DD's. I've been to this one specifically many times, in the past, and never had a problem. $35 later, I will pass from now on. DISGUSTING! Thur, Dec 1st, 11 am. Place was dead, so why is it so horrible. BYE...

I don’t usually have bad interactions here and honestly not sure why I did. I ordered a chai latte and got back essentially sweet milk, you could even see the lack of chai as it was pure white. I was still at the window so I just waited for someone to notice. When she came to the window I said I’m sorry but this is literally just sweet milk can I have more chai in it? She got an attitude and I really just don’t understand why. It also seems she was taking orders as well. I’m not sure interactions with customers is her thing. Idk maybe shes just having a bad day but there was no reason to be rude. It’s definitely not a way you want to start the morning, and whatever is bothering her I hope gets better. I can’t imagine waking up and being that unhappy.

I also want to add that there was no line and it wasn’t busy in store. I understand the pressure of customer service and how they can be very disrespectful, but to talk to someone like that for no reason is crazy. Esp when you don’t know me like that. Two stars bc the food is warm and the guy that was working out more chai in it and was nice.

Edit: food tasted terrible. contacting dunkin directly to get a refund. whole experience was trash, and I’ll be sticking to the other two locations. crazy, I’ve been going here...

Thankfully there was no poisoning that occurred but, we definitely did not get the product ordered and we weren’t happy.

Drive-through ordered iced caramel cream coffee and hot coffee with cream and artificial sweetener.

And sweetener was left out of the iced coffee as well as the hot coffee. Neither one was sweet enough without sweetener. We asked and we’re told that there were sweetener in the caramel for the iced coffee and it would be sweet.

We got down the road about a mile when we discovered that our coffee was not what had been ordered.

No opportunity to address this issue at the store. Normally I would say this was an accident but this appears to be more of an attention to detail issue and training issue. The instructions were clearly stated on the labels and just not followed.

Definitely will not return to this Dunkin’ Donuts as I flushed five dollars that I would have use for something else. It may be sometime before I go to another Dunkin’ Donuts. This was not a happy experience as we were very much looking forward...
