If 0 stars was an option, thatâs what I would give for my experience this morning. As I was checking out with my two small children, basket filled to the brim. There were a couple of items that I saw on sale but werenât ringing up for that price, instead of one of the three associates there offering to go check on my behalf I was given dirty looks and a response of no there $$$ how ever much not the sale price⊠I guess Iâll go back there and take a picture. The picture and the sign says 5.99 for ground beef, right under the sign is 3lb ground beef and not the 1lb ground beef that was the sale item. Know that itâs frustrating for them to place items and such away is misleading. Though no apologies were given. Additional basket to place my items they decide to pile the groceries around my child who is sitting inside of the basket. My youngest, who cannot walk, was sitting in the top part of the basket. They decided to fill that as well so here I am with a child on my hip, a basket, full of groceries surrounding my child. No offer of helping me with my groceries to the car was provided. I saw 5 associates, one of which was the manager on duty on my way out the door. November 30 apx. 10:20 am. This is a Kroger that I go to all the time, but after todayâs experience I donât think Iâll be going back. Iâd rather go to the HEB who at least treats their customers with respect dispute...
   Read moreI feel so so bad for the people working here. They are so short on employees they canât keep up. I had a pickup order placed right before the weather was supposed to get bad here, and things went really wrong. When I went at the designated time to pickup, someone had to come out to my car to tell me it wasnât ready and wouldnât be for awhile - that I should go home and wait for their call. Frustrating, but I understand things happen. I was curious though why they couldnât update that in the app? The day goes by and no call, so I call them myself and ask whatâs up. Apparently Kroger corporate takes the cap off of how many orders than can fill per hour, and this was right around the storm when everyone was placing orders at the same time. So they were lagging behind several days worth of pickup orders because they just couldnât keep up. đ± They donât have enough employees as it is, and it sounds like corporate decisions make things even harder on them - like they have no control over pickup orders or the app at all. I told the employee I was so sorry they had to deal with that - itâs simply not ok! Itâs like this place is set up for failure. Anyways, I was able to place an order at Walmart and target instead, and a couple days later Krogerâs system cancelled my order. Iâll be staying away from this place, and hopefully corporate can get their ** together soon to pull this...
   Read moreHorrible service from Melissa at the money service area she judged my husband for his skin color. We got a money order from this place about two weeks ago. We just wanted to know if we could get a refund but instead of telling us nicely that they donât retake a money order. She âexaminedâ our money order for a few second and said the number 8 on the money order was forge. Even though it was printed by their machine. When my husband ask where can I go to cash in the money. She proceeded to be rude to my husband and told him I donât know what to tell you. He also ask whatâs the next step to take. She also said âI donât know what to tell you.â Despite Melissa, Mahin was wonderful and helped us the second time around after I had to leave work to come all the way to this Kroger to ask why are they saying the money order was fake when they made it. Their logo and name âKrogerâ is literally on the money order đ. Mahin didnât judge our race and told us nicely that they donât do refunds for money order through the store, but we can try to deposit into the bank and talk to a banker.
