I’ve always had a decent experience at this fast food restaurant, between the people they were always so nice but today I paid for whip cream for my dog (Like Starbucks, Freddys, Wendy’s) it was a disrespectful woman who answered when I simply asked if I could pay for a cup of whip cream, let’s start this off by saying that when I first took my order, I was getting a 10 piece, nugget never asked what sauce I wanted but I’m allergic to sweet-and-sour sauce, and then when I got to the window, I politely asked if I can get a honey mustard. Lady at the window was very sweet, Unfortunately I couldn’t ask her exactly how I could pay for a simple whip cream in a cup and I have done this probably every single day since October when I moved to McKinney and I already had that rude manager that never even asked me what I really wanted but then she said that there was a new implemented rule that you can’t get any whip cream in a cup 😜😝 not only will I be complaining about her because I’ve never had a problem at this place, and I asked her politely when was that implemented because I just got my dog whipped cream the day before, and she couldn’t answer me because she had no logical explanation to anything she actually was talking about and also seeing the two ladies roll their eyes helped me a lot was knowing that whatever general manager just hired this basic assistant manager that doesn’t understand customer service should be fired, or at least demoted to something that would suit...
Read moreDo not go to this place, this is the worst McDonald I have ever experienced, they do not speak or understand much English and they mess up your online order all the time, I just ordered and I gave the online order number 3 times to the windows and a Mexican lady said she does not know order numbers and just handed me a bag, I went home and it is only half of my order…. I ended up drove back and walked in to talk to manager, and after I explained what happened, the first thing he said was” hey, I talk to you, but respect, OK?!” (I did not cuss did not use any bad words, they can check camera tape) and then he tried to tell me they cannot find my order number, and then he tried to tell me he does not know, and finally after I explained and argued 5 times, he understood they missed half of the order, he just gave me my missing items and threw me a bag of cookies , and yes the manager is Mexican and he doesn’t speak much English either, Throughout the whole 20 mins of fighting for my foods for my babies, more than two customers came up and tried to help me, they all tell the manager they should give me more compensation for the trouble they cost, but I ended up leaving with 1 bag of cookies, I did not care much, I just thank other customers for helping me and went home, I will never order from this place again If you want to be happy,...
Read moreEverything is OK this morning except for the music. It's bad enough that it's really loud, but it's also randomly skipping around and switching songs back and forth like it's on a 12-CD changer with 12 scratched CDs.
I asked the person who brought my food out if they could at least turn it down. Unfortunately, that person said that they couldn't do anything about it. I decided to passive-aggressively write a Google review instead of asking for the manager, because I'm sure it's annoying the hell out of them as well and they probably would have fixed it by now if they could. I imagine the controls are locked to some corporate IT office somewhere that isn't even open yet.
So this is my message to whatever executive or marketing genius is reading this right now: It's too early for this nonsense. My autistic brain can't handle this. I realize that we live in a car-centric wasteland and you're more concerned with making your workers service the drive-thru than making it comfortable for people who would like to sit down and actually enjoy their meals before jumping back into the nightmare of morning traffic. But this is unacceptable, not just to your customers but the people who make your money.
And don't take it out on your workers. I see them working hard, and they are very friendly and efficient. They are doing a great job and...
