I live right near this location and it has been hit or miss every time I go there. The staff is mostly all around rude! There are a few good employees there that go out of their way to be nice but the others act as if they are doing us a favor to wait on us. Very rarely do I get a "how are you' or 'thank for coming' etc. Just common basic customer service responses. I just recently ordered a Coke from curbside and when it was brought to me it was a Diet Coke. I then took it in to get it replaced with what I ordered. The girl who waited on me was not even in uniform. She was in some grey sweatpants and sweatshirt hair a mess. I thought this was really odd. I was not greeted at all. I just got a look that seemed more "what are you doing here". I told her I got the wrong drink order and if I could get a the one I ordered and placed the Coke I had on the counter. She then said to me 'don't do that'! I said do what? She said place the coke on the counter. I didn't understand why this was a big deal. She then said to me 'I'm not your Maid!' and I knew there was no talking to this girl. I asked for the manager... I just wanted to get the drink I ordered corrected. She walked off with an attitude yelling in the restaurant ' This girl wants to see a manager and she's treating me like I am her maid!' I was flabbergasted. The manager walked up and he looked just wiped out. I told him what happened and I was just trying to get my order corrected and how the girl treated me. He never even said he apologized for her or anything. While he got my Coke the girl came back up and another person came in behind me and she snapped at him saying the lobby was closed. There was no sign on the doors saying 'drive thru only' or anything like that and doors open. I was like this is crazy! I knew I needed to let the owner know what was going on there. I reached out through McDonald's website to let them know what happened and corporate responded saying they would have the owner contact me. We are 2 weeks later and nothing. I am done with this McDonald's. I would rather go down the street to Braums or even to the other McDonald's locations to get my favorite Coke. Never again to...
Read moreThis McDonalds is terrible. Not the food per se (when they get it even remotely correct), but the service. I don’t expect much from my fast food establishments - just to generally get a mostly correct order in a decent time frame. I’ve been known to continuously repeat a place that can’t ever get things right and not bother to go back to get it corrected simply because they’re close to my work/home. But this was our last time here. We had started using the mobile app where you order and pickup in the numbered parking stall, just because we could see the order was right and hoped that may help avoid their chronic “we forgot $10-15 worth of stuff” issue (we gave up pulling over to check). It was so-so. This evening we ordered/checked in at 6:10pm. Drive-thru wasn’t too bad, with a few dead moments, and lobby remains closed. No other cars in the pickup stalls. Finally, at 6:37pm, I’m convinced they aren’t ever doing our order. I call, no one answers, and so I get out and go try the doors - obviously not helpful. I try to call again and the line gives the “off the hook” sound. Finally a half hour later, my husband gets in the now busy drive thru lane and I wait in the stall like a weirdo without a car. They have hun pull to the window, where our entire cold order is ready to go, with the receipt showing they also got it at 6:10pm. Seriously??? I should be embarrassed I let my husband insist we sit there for a half hour but by that point, we were out of time to go home and cook before bed for kiddos... so instead, it solidified NOT returning. Chick-Fil-a can be our new go to for Saturday’s after soccer....
Read moreI came to this location instead of the one I usually do to because it was closer and I was in a rush. So I ordered 2 steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with hash brown. So when I leave and get to my destination and start eating I notice that there are no onions on my sandwich. which I feel is totally unacceptable just because the fact that the sandwich itself is almost $5 and it's supposed to be made with onions cheese sauce and steak on a bagel that's part of the sandwich. It's not as if I asked for it to be customized. So and the fact that I had to stop what I was doing and get back in my car because the four times that I tried calling the store, the phone call was not answered is ridiculous as well. When I got to the store I noticed the phone wasn't ringing I was still on the phone call just to see if they were just ignoring the phone. I got to the store and the phone was not ringing so I asked the manager, "do you guys have a phone"? and her answer was "of course we do but I don't know where it is" that's unacceptable why I have a phone, why have a number on your receipt, why post a number on your website if you're not going to answer the damn phone? The manager showed no empathy for me having to come all the way back to the store because they weren't answering their phones. The phone should be in the same place at all times. Get organized please. So next time I want McDonald's I will drive a Lil further and go to my usual place and get good quality and service. I will probably never come back to...
