Atmosphere: excellent. Loved the place! The music was nice very adequate for the place and the experience provided. Decorations: outstanding. It reminded me of a small coastal town in old Mexico. Prices: very affordable, about $10 per person Very clean establishment. The labels we're a little misleading I usually can take a lot of heat (ghost pepper/scorpion pepper/Carolina reaper) and I was expecting a good kick on the Chile de árbol salsa but it wasn't even a little hot. Maybe they mislabeled it and changed it for tomatillo but I doubt it. I ordered the enchilada plate and it was decent. The cheese felt rubbery I'm not sure why. Probably heated for a long time or under a high temperature to save time. The taco was ok I guess. Nothing special. In conclusion: the food was ok but nothing special. The added value on this restaurant comes from the decorations. I would make a couple of changes on the menu. Perhaps adding a couple of exotic drinks that would go so well with the decorations and some lights to highlight the beautiful Decorations. Would I go back? Probably yes if I'm around. But that's about it. Pay them a visit! You'll enjoy it.

Good food but I order through drive-thru and I have one complaint. Every, single, time I got my food it was put into a bag that the bottom is too small for it so it ends up on a tilt, that or just the employees giving it already tilted and all on one side. My problem is that I love to eat the food, just that every single time it has been too damn messy. And it spilled all inside the plastic bag, that one day I also got really mad because of the circumstances. But really people, make good food but it comes in a blob. Please change this for all the people that loves your food, some days I just get too tired to clean up before I eat so I go to option 2: Ramen and not give a crap. Thanks.

8pm and they were out of beef fajita meat and Chili Verde. They were not properly completing orders in lieu of telling people they were out of products. The line had disgruntled customers trying to get their correct food as well as people trying to order. Kept placing items as ready on the order screen when they were no where near ready. Staff had no idea what the food they were handing out was just seemed to hope that people were hungry enough to not care. Food took 25 minutes to come out. Food was cold and poorly prepared. Ended up returning food to get my money back. Cheese enchiladas had cooled to the point of being a cheese log. Wasted meal break on a busy day.

This was a celebratory Taco Tuesday since due to medical issues it has been months since we have been able to have anything remotely close to Rosa's. We like getting their taco tray and although we could not pay to have something like rice, or beans, put in place of the diced fresh tomatoes, they offered extra lettuce. Some things may not be understood reading this when you have not been on the health journey we have, but we are grateful for the substitution. We were able to make small salads with the extra shredded lettuce the following day. Rosa's taco meat (ground beef) is not spicy, but has a nice flavor. They have diced cooked tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and potatoes in them (shh - don't tell our one grandson, he hasn't noticed the additional ingredients😉). They have a salsa and topping station, so you can spice things up to your tastes. We also ordered Spanish rice, and refried beans, so we could make tacos, burritos, or a combination, since they include a dozen fresh tortillas. For the amount of food we had, and the options we were able to make with it, we made it last, although not as long as some would have! It was a well deserved tasty Taco Tuesday, Wednesday, almost Thursday... after a drought of anything with flavor. The cashier was pleasant, the ladies making the orders were the ones responsible for switching to extra lettuce, and they were almost too quick for me to grab extras while they readied the order. We were there just before the dinner rush, so our timing was also good. We have found Rosa's to be a consistent, tasty, affordable way to feed a couple of people, or a crowd. We appreciate the ability to get sliced jalapeños, fresh jalapeños, different salsas, and other toppings for no additional charge. Try them any time, not just...

There fajita meat is amazing. The rest of the food the rice and beans were very Bland course you could spice that up with the variety of salsas and Pico and all that kind of stuff. their homemade tortillas are good, so I can't say enough good about their fajita meat. it's got such an amazing taste, I am not into all the entrees of enchiladas and that kind of stuff at my husband loves them and says they are really good. But that fajita meat is outstanding. I usually just get a fajita tortilla burrito with Guacamole, in Frive-thru, but today we went in so that's what made the difference. I thank you get better food and a little larger portion in your fajita meat in your burrito if you stay there and I know you're going to be looking at it on premises. But I still cannot highly recommend that place and I have those fajita burritos are most outstanding. We were introduced to Rosa's in Odessa Texas many years ago. And now they have branched out to several many locations in the Dallas Fort Worth Plano all McKinney the all the surrounding areas you can usually find a Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory. They have a small Buffet area where you can get all of the salsas, cilantro, different kind of peppers, cheese onions you know help yourself top thing they have little cups with lids and so it's quite a bit of extra that you can add to your meal and then it's all you can eat drink fountain drinks, once you...

Had my first terrible experience there tonight. They're usually pretty good. My orders are accurate and ready to go once I get to the window. Tonight was different. I ordered 2 crispy beef taco plates, a kid's taco plate, and a large order of chips and queso. I was only rang up for 1 taco plate even though it was confirmed at the speaker I wanted 2. I was disappointed, but ok accidents happen. I paid for the additional taco plate. The person at the window informed me that they were out of rice. He asked if I wanted double beans or a salad. I opted for the salad. When I got home the second taco plate was just thrown together. Plain beef in the shells and the salad was plain iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. I also noticed there was no salsa. My son's taco was a total mess. It was wrapped in foil. When I opened it up the stuff went all over. He was disappointed so I had to doctor it up for him. It'll be a long time before I return. The person working tonight apologized, but based on what I got after the mistakes were made, it was more out of corporate obligation vs sincerity. He didn't take the time to ensure it was made correctly. His attitude was nonchalant. He looked pretty young. A teenager maybe, but that's no excuse. This will be the last time...
