Starbucks — Restaurant in Frisco

I came in store ordered a vanilla iced coffee w sweet cream instead of half n half. This is my normal order so by now i know how much my total will be in the end. Today though my daughters wanted something so when i ordered i wasnt even paying much attention since i thought i was clear about my order. Their drinks were good and they loved them so i give 5 stars for my daughters drinks. What i give 1 star is that the lady at the counter took it upon herself to change my order without notifying me to a sweetcream cold brew. Their is a price difference and that is why i rather have a iced coffee instead especially since i was getting my daughters something also. Its usually not a big deal to substitute half n half for sweet cream but today it was apparently. I got home and noticed that it said coldbrew on my sticker. THANK YOU LADY FOR MAKING THE DECISION FOR ME! Not only that but overpricing my normal just because i asked for sweet cream! I feel more like she overpriced it just for the sweet cream and put it in as a coldbrew because i asked for a subtitution. SHAME ON YOU IF THAT WAS THE CASE! I called up to speak to someone and he was very nice and understanding and said hed fix it. Thank you sir! I give him 5 stars for listening to me. I give the lady taking my order no stars at all! My 1 star was just because you have to give a rating to write a review. I wish i could give her a better rating but i really feel like i paid for her order than for mine. I dont usually have a problem here in the afternoon. In fact the LADIES IN THE AFTERNOON ARE SUPER AWESOME AND EXTRA NICE!! Maybe ill stick with my afternoon ladies during the week than...

Won’t be coming back to this one. I specifically told them I didn’t want me drink made with the blonde shots that makes the drink sweet. I don’t want my coffee being super sweet.. Which when I tell them that they’re pretty good about making it how I want it. I called the store and spoke with whoever (one of the managers) and turns out they do whole pumps for the brown sugar now. Usually they do half pumps.. which still doesn’t explain why my coffee tastes like blonde shots..

The coffee was clearly made with the blonde shots and not the original espresso (NON SWEET how I like it….)

No offer to remake it, just a lousy “sorry”. Y’all need to get a new manager working up there ASAP. 2/17/24 called @11:44. Whatever manager was working at this time needs to go.

Ordered my regular: Iced Oatmilk Brown sugar shaken espresso in drive thru. Lately I’ve had issues with multiple starbucks locations as they use whole milk instead of oatmilk so, I immediately tasted it and they have forgotten to add brown sugar syrup and informed the same over the window. She gave the brown sugar in a cup as a side. I then added it to my drink and it was still not sweet enough like it usually is. So I went in and requested a remake and said it wasn’t tasting right. They were saying ‘you know it has only pumps of syrup right’. I was like it’s my regular drink and it def is not tasting like it. They remade it and it was perfect. I know it’s holiday season and we need to have compassion but I hope they had remade it immediately when I first said the syrup...
