Plaza Frontenac is an upscale shopping mall that offers a refined and relaxed shopping experience. With a mix of high-end retailers, boutique shops, and quality dining options, it caters to those looking for premium brands and a more sophisticated atmosphere. The mall is well-maintained, clean, and never feels overcrowded, making it a pleasant place to shop or browse.

One of its standout features is the selection of luxury stores, including names like Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue, which provide designer fashion and accessories. There are also several specialty shops offering unique and high-quality merchandise that you won’t find in typical malls. The AMC Dine-In Theatre is another highlight, offering a comfortable and upscale movie experience.

Dining options are solid, with several sit-down restaurants and cafés that match the mall's elegant vibe. Whether grabbing a quick coffee or enjoying a leisurely meal, there are good choices for different tastes.

The biggest downside of Plaza Frontenac is its limited variety. While the focus on luxury brands is great for those who enjoy high-end shopping, it lacks a wider range of mid-tier stores, which might make it less appealing to budget-conscious shoppers. Additionally, parking can be a bit frustrating during peak hours, though it’s generally manageable.

Overall, Plaza Frontenac is a top-tier shopping destination for those seeking quality and exclusivity. If it had a bit more variety in its store selection, it would easily be a...

Plaza Frontenac: the shopping center that time forgot
 and wisely so.

Walking around here is like being an extra in the next Caddyshack sequel—only the gophers are just retirees in khakis, sipping iced tea and offering commentary on your Birkenstocks. The lawns are so perfectly manicured you half-expect a golf cart to roll by with someone yelling, “Fore!”

The stores? A curated collection of designer labels that only people who’ve forgotten what size they wear shop at. The parking lot is like a luxury car reunion—each SUV vying for the most ostentatious display of monogrammed headrest covers. If there were a Kardashian for horsepower, these folks would be reality TV royalty.

But hey, it’s pleasant enough for a slow stroll. The pale-faced crowd in pastel polos and sensible loafers adds a certain
je ne sais gold chain. Just don’t expect energy, diversity, or affordable anything. It’s more “The Club That Time Forgot.”

Come for the nostalgia, stay for the passive-aggressive nods. Plaza Frontenac: where the polo shirts outnumber the people under 60 by a factor of ten—and nobody’s complaining, because they paid five figures for...

Go somewhere else for your holiday photos with Santa. Unfortunately, the woman conducting the line at the Santa pictures sucked the holiday joy right out of the air. Originally, my family and I had purchased a reservation at the Galleria to get our pictures taken. However, when we arrived, the Santa was African American. The galleria told us to go to the Frontenac as they would honor our reservation and use the same system. When we arrived, I said nothing about the other Santa, just simply that they told us we could come here to Frontenac instead. The woman started speaking to me very loudly at us, waiving her arms, and accusing me that the reason we were here is that I didn’t want the ‘diversity Santa’ - I calmly spoke back to her and said that we just want our picture taken. Had I not been persistent, she wouldn’t have let us through. Once we finally reached the top of the line, she whispered in the photo takers ear and the whole experience was quite uncomfortable and extremely racist. This woman should absolutely...
