Went through drive through to get food. Wait was roughly 15-20 min. Itâs late so I gave grace. Iâm not concerned about the wait. But it was the attitude of the manager when I received my food. My fries were cold. Food was extremely cold and old. I walked in the store to tell the workers that my food was cold. The manager then stated I broke in her store and immediately said she was calling the police. lol. Well the door was open, so I just pulled on the door and walked in. I donât understand how that can be classified as a break-in. I then requested to have fresh food or a refund. She declined both and immediately started to harass me and tell me that she was going to call the police on me. I told her to call them that I was staying there in the store that was unlocked, and wait for them to come because I did nothing wrong. She was so nasty and so rude. There was another young lady working at the window who was rude and nasty as well then yelled over the manager to get another person in the back to come up and refund me or give me my food, the manager then stated that I needed to go back through the drive-through line which was a mile long because they are moving slow like turtles and the food is cold and , when you approach the window, theyâre asking for your receipt because they are bumping all of the orders to make it seem as though they drive-through line it is not backed up so she continue to refuse it for one in the back that makes the food come and give me back my fresh fries, which was overcooked because they cooked them twice the manager completely ignored me. I walked back to the car and thatâs when she approached the door to lock it. She came to lock the door that she claimed she used her key to lock. This was the worst experience Iâve ever had. I have video to prove it I will be posting it , I hope no one ever has to deal with this young lady. I believe her name is Nadia. Or Nijah. After I told her I was calling corporate she begged me to...
Read moreI canât stand this location. This is close to my work so I come for lunch sometimes. McDonaldâs never really had the quality down but they were always cheap and quick. Thatâs not the case at all anymore.
This location is the most expensive in the area. I donât think thereâs a single location within 20 miles that has higher food prices. A quarter pounder with cheese meal (medium) is just shy of $11.00. All of their prices appear to be 20-30% more than surrounding McDonaldâs locations.
I use the app with discounts to get it down a little so I use curbside when I do pick up. It was 20 minutes after I checked in that I got a notification that my order was on its way out. Then another 15 minutes went by and I decided to go in. My order had seemingly been sitting out for a while (food was cold, fries stiff) when they grabbed it from the back and I didnât have a single minute to spare to ask them to remake it because my break was wasted waiting for my food. The employee (nothing against her) didnât give any kind of apology for the wait.
Itâs supposed to be fast food. If theyâre having a labor shortages, I can give some leeway. For the prices theyâre charging though, 30+ minutes is a ridiculous wait time, no matter how busy the lunch rush is. The food is abysmal, and prices are the highest in the area, and the speed of service and order delivery is completely absent from this location. Youâre better off going to the neighboring Wendyâs for a couple bucks more for much better quality of food and faster service. McDonaldâs just isnât as convenient as it used to be, and this location is...
Read moreSunday morning, I made the mistake of visiting this McD's. I walked inside to place an order for a "dine in" breakfast. There was no one at the counter. So I had to use the kisok.
Placed my order for the "Big Breakfast w/sausage and hot cakes." I selected "Dine In" and opted to pay at the counter. I was instructed to take a table tent and enter the number on the tent which was 38. No problem.
I go to the counter to pay for the mean. First problem, the meal was with bacon. I told the person I wanted sausage. Maybe I screwed up. He corrected the order. Then he asked for the number on my table tent. I had already entered it, but OK...it's 38.
My order come in a bag. I took it to the table. No plasticware, no syrup, no butter, no jelly, no salt and pepper, no ketchup and NO NAPKINS!
Imagine if I had just carried the order out and gone to the office and none of these items were in the bag. But luckily I was dining in. No I had to wait in line to get everything that should have been included in my order. Meanwhile, my breakfast is getting cold.
McDonalds is truly the worst. Horrible customer service, mediocre food at best and ridiculous prices for their food and they want to penalize you if you're not wiling to use their app.
This is the first time I've been in a McDonald's in years and this visit cemented my decision that I will never, EVER step foot in a...
